Their was a standoff in agios with the police and some rebel group I run round the back to try and get past it, and TN Paddylad just peaks the corner and shoots me without any RP, I tried to speak with him but as soon as I messaged him he logged off, his gang mates said its allowed due to being an active gunfight, apparently you can shoot everyone in the area.

To add further to his since you have misquoted me in this report..

It was me you spoke with in side chat briefly.. I said you walked into an active gunfight and got caught in the middle of a gun fight.. I did not say / quote "you can shoot everyone in the area."

In your video, you can see Paddy was shooting at a cop, clipped you once or twice by accidently and ducked around the corner.. to which then you walked over to him, in the middle of both the cop and Paddy

Paddy then started shooting at the cop but hits you again by accident.. you die and the cop that was behind you... kills Paddy in a split second there after.

Your friend also claims in the video, he was "RDM'd by a cop" - I would imagine a similar incident occurred then as well.

Paddy will upload his POV as Trev said tomorrow and you'll be able to see what happened then.

There was no intention of RDM.

well that is incorrect considering no cops was behind me they went a different way, and the RDM rule is "shooting AT someone without engaging in any form of quality roleplay" so he broke the rule by shooting me in the first place, before he killed me

 
Lad, you never looked behind you, there is clear evidence in your video. Wait for Paddylads video... You will see that the same cop killed Paddylad just after.

He originally shot at you mistaking you for a cop, hence why he stopped shooting you, not killing you there and then.

Well he shot me without any RP which is against server rules, you should not be posting here as you are not reported.

 
We're posting as you misquoted me altogether in your report.

also Paddy doesnt have an account on the forums so we are posting on his behalf until he creates one tomorrow.

 
I just want that video posted, no more arguing on here. Comments made on this thread that isn't video evidence will be rewarded with warning points.

Speaking on Paddy's behalf, This video shows Paddy was in constant conflict with the cops.. even when backing away into the corner the first time.. Paddy is being shot and loosing health by the Police.

 
Looking at this.. I see that Paddy did indeed open fire on Fuel without initiation. However, he does stop when he realizes it is not a cop. Then, for some reason, you think it is a good idea to go up to someone shooting you and say "Really"? Would you do that in real life aswell @Just Fuel?

The fact you are walking straight into an ongoing firefight is what makes me reject this report. Yes, the first few shots was a bad move and if I see Paddy being this triggerhappy again I will ban him. But walking up to a guy being shot at and shooting you.. well, then you should expect to get caught in the crossfire.
