We had just returned from rebel and was heading from ARAC towards Lakka we get past the airport bridge and see an iffrit in the middle of the road I slow down and move to the right and the iffrit comes straight across the front of the car cutting us up and killing us both instantly. I have tried to resolve this matter and we could not reach a fair number for comp to be sorted.

Me and my mates were robbing a gas station, after 1 minute a AR Helicopter showed up with several cops inside, they got out so I decided to drive away as quickly as possible and deploy a smoke screen. After driving a few hundred miles, I was looking backwards, did not see them in the air yet so I decided to go the left and go off-road to avoid getting my tires popped by the gunshots. Suddenly this car showed up and because of the desync, crashed in to me and died. My friend panicked cuz he saw a car flying and told me to stop, he ran towards the car and got the gun. After that we drove off and had a long chase. 

I tried to compensate this with Nick but we could not get to an agreement so there was no compensation.

To me this looks like a road traffic accident, not a malicious VDM. I understand they tried to resolve it, and some compensation was offered which I think is the right thing to do as a gesture of goodwill. I will not however issue a ban for VDM.
