Please (in detail) describe the incident
i was flying in my helicopter after buying my gear from the black market and while i was flying i looked down and see this boat i follow the boat for a bit to see what he is doing and then he pulled up at the side of the beach and ran into town so i stopped and just watched to see him run about 100m or so to a house i was a bit confused so i kept on watching to then see him go in the house and after a 5 to 10 second gap he came out he then was stood still for about 1-5 seconds and again he got me confused so i was zooming in seeing what he was doing but then shots started to get fired towards me for no reason so i was looking around to see if he was shooting at something else that wasnt me but he wasnt so i then stared to fly away (not the best flyer so this took some time) then i was dead i said in ooc "wtf" he then replied with"ay get fucked".
