We arrived at a situation and there was 2 men down and 1 man standing over them. The man standing over the patients is shouting and the guys on the ground were breaking RP.
Some of the abuse that came form tixas was Racist. After a short while the guys jumped into his car and started running us over many times.
More detail is in the video.

I was not able to find the individual on TS and i also dont have the ability to talk in OOC so was not able to resolve before reporting.

I was also multiple times by the pink Quillin at the top ignore the hill and earlier by the bottom of the hill if the admins need more evidence I should have a plays .tv footage of it but in my footage there is no way to confirm the owner of the pink quillin. Hope my input helps.

Tixas the driver of the pink quillin, is banned. i warned him for the VDM. but he decided to go on breaking rules. 
but i did not see the other guy vdmin, as i came late to the situation.
