I was sitting in Kavala square as ARAC on duty and i witnessed a hobo named Tilty RDM two officers from a balcony with a Rook and then combat log shortly after being rubber bulleted. The killing of the officers were described in the chat log as "PC Connor Brookes was killed" and "SGT Rick was killed" instead of displaying his name which lead me to believe he was glitching too.

I witnessed the incident and shot the maniac this report is true.

Uh its not true because i'm the guy down by the atm SHOOTING the guy who was shooting from the balcony. You can clearly see Tilty has killed Eaze. And then i say in my microphone. I wasnt up on the balcony shooting people lol. He was called eaze. I'm tilty by the way. I don't know what this is exactly but i'm sure it's a mix up. I also said "That's the fucking guy who killed him" You can clearly hear my voice down by the ATM. Asking for a sergeant aswell. 

And also if someone would have combat logged it would have said that or in this case my name "tilty" which it didnt. I killed the guy on the balcony in self defence because i was at the ATM and he was shooting at me and killed 2 of the officers i was standing with. You can 100% clearly see it saying "eaze was killed by tilty" and after that none combat logged or even before that. And i can confirm my voice by coming to teamspeak or something because i was the guy buy the atm.

Tilty banned for combatlogging in another report. Eskimo banned on TS for claiming someone doctored another video against him without having even seen the video.

Community ban issued for multiple rule violations and because as a staff member I have deemed that Tilty/Eskimo is only here to cause issues.
