me and my friend were going to rob a guy and he ran away so wee left him then he followed us so i went to see why he was following us and told him to put his hands up for my safety and then my friend knocked him and me then when i got back up i got shot off THE WOLF

Ok before i give my side of things id just like to point this out.

Please Explain to me how you tried to resolve this? because you said in sidechat ''rdm LOL''and i said ''no i do not think it is'' you replied ''lets see what admins think'' To which i replied ''The normal procedure is to try to resolve on teamspeak before going straight to forums'' to which you didn't reply. So basically you have lied in this report saying you tried to resolve.

Now to explain the incident my friend met you guys at the garage in Athira initially, and you wanted to rob him but he managed to get away you even fired shots at him on 2 occasions with very low quality roleplay as you can see in the video your friend is saying ''just shoot him'' and your reply is that would be ''rdm'' from the moment you fired at my gang member i could of shot you. Since you guys were so trigger happy i took up position and waited to see what was happening i then seen that you told him to put his hands up i didnt shoot at that moment its when you knocked him out i took that as aggressive action towards my gang member as since you had already initiated minutes before that trying to shoot him i feel i had enough cause to shoot. If an admin tells me i am infact wrong i would gladly put my hands up and say ok fair enough but i really dont think i am and this could of been discussed in teamspeak instead of running straight to forums and lying saying you tried to resolve.

Your evidence is 1 minute long, why dont you show few minutes before that where you are shooting at him? hmm...

1) Longer video, at least 3 minutes, of the situation leading up to the claimed RDM

2) You have not tried to resolve this yet you claim you did. I want you two to come onto TS together, if need be with someone of Member support and try to discuss this. If you refuse this and wish to keep the report up, yourself will be subject to disciplinary action for outright refusing to talk about the incident and lying on the report.

Report will be kept open until either one of you confirms you have spoken and resolved this or until either one of you confirms you have spoken and have not resolved the issue. In the later case, the evidence (The longer video that is) will be reviewed as per our normal procedures. If there is no longer video I will deny the report.

@Khandamir I have just resolved this situation in teamspeak with both parties. @The Wolf has agreed he made a mistake and we had a chat about the rule and he is in the process of organizing correct compensation. Reporter says he is happy for this report to be retracted.

 
Report retracted due to situation resolved. Compensation is going to be paid.
