What best describes this incident ?: G3.1 and Hop on squad
Please (in detail) describe the incident: For context Cypress members had taken 2 Mob members for intel gathering as we planned to meet with them at a later date and wanted to see what we could get out of them. We had learned from them that they were the only Mob members in city at the time we took them, as JD had confirmed after being questioned. Once we took them to a secluded place we noticed while we were chatting to JD and BigT we could hear other voices coming from JD's mic. After we had downed JD we left them to sort themselves out and before leaving BigT had said he was going to leave JD for dead. I (Tim Lang) stayed in the area to check if he would leave his friend behind or not after a couple of minutes I spotted both players leaving the street we were on. After seeing them I drove to the rest of the guys to discuss what our next steps were and our options depending on what JD and BigT decided to do. As I reached the meeting spot Jeep says he was receiving a call from Yuri (The Mob Boss). This is the exact timestamp that Jeep says he receives the call: https://imgur.com/ki40j1T
We asked them into Liaison as we had suspected that the information was meta gamed being that there was 1m34s between me seeing BigT escorting JD and then driving to the meeting spot to hear Jeep getting the phone call.
From the Liaison Yuri, BigT and JD categorically denied the use of OOC information. This is due to Yuri stating that BigT had bought a Phone, Radio and Knife from Clinton shop and the nearest Amunation. When BigT joined the Liaison he had said that he had:
1) Stolen a local car
2) Struggled to place JD in the local car due to him being downed and zip tied and not understanding how that Mechanic works
3) Left JD and drove to Clinton Shop
4) Purchased a Phone and Radio
5) Contacted Yuri to tell him what had happened
6) Went to the nearest Amunation and purchased a knife
From all of this information I find it very hard to believe the following. The moment I broke visual contact with BigT escorting JD and drove off BigT has continued escorting him until a local car appeared. From my clip you see the only local car heading towards them at 1m23s. A car may have come from the other direction, but I can not be sure of that. Which leads me onto my next point BigT stated that he struggled to place JD in the car. I could not say how long he struggled for but I would assume he tried at least twice. Upon realising he could not place him in the car he has then taken the car himself to continue to drive to Clinton. This would have all happened after BigT successfully stopped a car dragged a local out. Whether or not he decided to hotwire the car there and then or after trying to place JD in the car, again, I can not be sure. With all of that being said as you can see from the timestamps this gives BigT 1m34s to do everything mentioned above and then explaining the situation to Yuri after purchasing a Radio/Phone. This is where I believe OOC information was used.
The Hop on squad claim comes into this as myself and other Cypress members blacked out went to frequent spots we know The Mob to hang out and spotted 5 members at their hideout (Warehouse near TFA/Team Midnights old location). When they noticed us they were quite clearly in defence mode and were running about on radio and drawing guns. This is a unusual behaviour for them as we have done this many times before with little to no reaction. Together with that Yuri had mentioned that he logged into the server 10-20mins before calling Jeep and this lines up with the time we already had JD and BigT. Because we were on good terms before grabbing them we had no reason not to believe that they were the only members awake as they had claimed. To further this we asked if Yuri was around and was told he was not. This leads me to believe that not only Yuri himself but other members of the mob had logged on around the same time or just after.
