Arrested and removed his firearm in the GZ at hospital, after KAI let him go he stole the car which was in the GZ and then proceeded to go to Mushroom, where he took off in an orca and proceeded to bait the shit out of us. First vid is baiting, second vid is stealing from GZ Gyazo is from LastNickLeft of the car being next to the wall outside hospital which is in the GZ. For whatever reason techno was unable to come to Liason and offered for me to come to his discord which I denied because I don't wish to be in his discord server.

Okay so i arrived to the NHS athira with my friend, He dragged me into the green zone in order to revive me safely from rebels. Within seconds of reaching the hospital a police car rolled up and started gloating about my friends gun. My friend managed to get away. At which point they removed me from the greenzone by dragging me and revived me. They then went on to remove my weapons and issue me my rights and a ticket. Once i was released after paying my ticket i then sore the opportunity to  get my own back. and i stole his vehicle which was outside the hospital which until further inspection part of the front is a green zone still. Regardless of this the image i have here shows that the front of the car yes was in a green zone but the rest of it would have been out if it.  As for your baiting accusations that's funny. Because honestly we were just rubbing it in your face that  we had a smooth escape with the lead i had managed to gain during our chase. The pilot of the orca was flying at 250km in circles above you knowing that you would not hit a bullet which you didn't.  Apart from a moment when we were still working out what you guys were doing down there.  At no point in this exchange was anyone killed, i simply out smarted you while on the border of a green zone. and it is a bit of a grey area i believe as this was outside the hospital and the very edge of the zone If the admins believe this is a rule break i apologies for that. but the other accusations definitely seem like a surprise attack But thus are far from the truth.

For whatever reason techno was unable to come to Liason and offered for me to come to his discord which I denied because I don't wish to be in his discord server.

I am not able to come to teamspeak at the moment because I got banned a while ago, I got unbaned of forums and the server but unfortunately not teamspeak so I have made an unban appeal to get back onto the teamspeak. Im sorry but on this accession I was not able to come and speak to you on TS

Taking the car isn't baiting, however sending a message to the cops in the form of a dispatch boasting about taking your gear back (from a GZ) and then loitering in a circle in an orca after being initiated on when we didn't need to because we had an India watching you all the way from the hospital is and your gang is notorious for baiting fights and having the rest of your gang RDM the people chasing you.

Me and KAI both had MK1's and could have ripped you out of that orca however that would've been RDM as we both times initiated to disable your vehicle so whether we hit you going for the 2 small vents on your helicopter is really irrelevant , even during the arresting stage you were immature and toxic, normally a message from somebody who has just broken the rules unknowingly would comprise of an apology and a suggestion on how to resolve the issue however you've just come off a 1.6 from what I've heard and you're already blatantly throwing the rules out the door and not giving a shit.

Im sorry but this is roleplay my character does not respect the police in any matter at this stage im begging to believe you have a personal grudge on me. I see you mentioned my ban which has no irrelevance to my gang or my roleplay.

From what i read from in your reply im not just some guy to you.

Your accusations are empty towards my gang. You have a different perception to the event than we do. I am aware that you have some built up anger on my gang. but we are all shocked that you believe this of us. I would think it would be a shame if you opened this report based off that anger you have. because of that i will hold all further replies until the admin reviews it.

I couldn't care less about your gang, I hardly know you, your behaviour just sucks, You're not roleplaying as a rebel, you're roleplaying like an idiot it just so happens that the rest of your gang has troubles with the rules and so do you it seems, just stating facts ya know.

@Maxim Might I ask why you would choose to shoot at that helicopter despite what appears to be a very poor initiation?

We already had initiation on him from when he stole the car at the hospital, in the video you hear me say we don't, as I had forgotten about the heli but we had an India-99 following him from the hospital and so kept eyes after the first initiation.

Well, this report has been going on long enough by this point so I will go ahead and bring it to a close.

As we can see, the vehicle was indeed within the green zone though it is an understandable mistake to make due to the green zone extending past the walls. As for baiting, I'm not too sure on that one. If he was already initiated on as you claim, then he would have no need to be flying there to bait.

As for yourself and other officers, I'm not entirely convinced that you had the right to shoot there but as I have seen no evidence from the reported party to show that he was not initiated on, I will not action anything to do with this. Please, in future, make sure that you initiate with good roleplay and remember that you have the ability to ATC people for a reason. If you weren't sure if you could shoot, then either ATC or don't shoot.

As we can see, a rule has been broken by Techno and he will receive a warning for stealing in a green-zone under rule 6.1.4
