Please (in detail) describe the incident

So i was in Kavala Centre just waiting for the restart to happen as it was like 10mins or so. As i had been killed in the gunfight so i had to keep 1km away from the area. I come across someone telling me the guy in the video has got an illegal gun and I just wanted to talk to him about. He said "Okay one sec" at this point I asked him to come with me and then he decided to abort to the lobby, Then disconnect. I tried to resolve the Combat logging with him by even adding him on steam by using the stats as i didn't want him to get banned as he seems pretty new. However, when i finally got in contact with him i received the following... (See Below for steam chat). So basically he combat logged all for a gun...

I am sort of stuck on the fence with this one, it was 10 minutes until restart, you were all chilling in the GZ. technically it was sort of a combat log. however, it wasn't really a serious case of combat logging (wasn't in restraints etc.) you just asked him nicely to come and speak to you about his weapon and then he logs off instead of coming to talk to you. I have spoken to other members of staff about this situation and we came to a decision that a warning would be sufficient enough for this case, if he does anything like this again, it will be a ban.

Action Taken - Warning added.
