Please (in detail) describe the incident

First of all, i can't remember if it was on server 1 or 2, so i'll leave both tagged, then someone can correct me. Situation: Okay, so i was headed to my house to store my gear, because i wanted to do the HM treasury with RP, so i stored all my illegal stuff to go and buy legal stuff. Then Suddenly when i walk out, a hachbacksport starts arriving, so he starts boltcutting my house, so i run inside to gear up. A minute later or so, more people has shown up, and the backdoor is unlocked/broken, and i get a glimpse of the uniform the person is wearing, and it looks a lot like the usual TCK uniform with the black Nato pilot helmet and semi-military clothing. I lock the door and is trying to prepare myself, i hear "put your hands up" and i reply "no" and, that initiation was through a wall, which is allowed since they know i'm in there, but at the same time they're no threat to me, since we don't have eyes on each other, and none of us knows if we have any weapons, so like 2 sec after i get sprayed down "wallbanged" by a 7.62 i reckon. And then they all start bursting in, and looting my stuff, then i mute my ts, because i am dead/downed. *This is the first 3 min of the video* The rest of the video is basically there because: 1. I wanted to show the entire situation, and 2. John Dillinger suspected me of giving tactical information about them, whilst downed. I went to speak to admins and gangmembers about this as well, i tried to get That scottish guy on ts, but he weren't online, so i messaged John Dillinger if he could get him on ts, so we could solve it, but he was not able to do so.

The admins i spoke to asked me why i didn't have my earplugs in so i could hear the initiation, and i did have them in (check bottom left corner of the video). Because i could only hear "stay in your house" and "Put your hands up", since there was people shouting and the heli running. And i was not threatened by my life, of what i could hear in the situation.

And again i was not sure who of the TCK members actually were involved, so that is why i will only mentioned TCK That scottish guy in the title, since he was the one that shot me.

Another negative post by Nolsen, we are still awaiting a good detailed report on how to improve things from you, or about these bugs and lag you have mentioned, but reading your content on this website so far I think i am going to be waiting a very very long time.

I do wonder if this is the first bad situation you have had with TCK? if it is knowing there here daily what a very very sorry state of affairs, if not then please link the other situations with TCK you have had ?

 
Commenting as i have been mentioned in the screen shot a couple of points id like to bring up.

  • Metagaming from yourself clearly clothing does not identify a person/ gang
  • You said you contacted me, wrong again i contacted you in regard to i believed you were giving tactical information whilst downed, at no point was i offered to come to your lobby to discuss this or given any idea this was going to the forums.
Unfortunately i deleted my video of this encounter as i didn't deem it fit to keep it as everything was carried out to a high standard as it always is by the copper kings.

Its not our fault you did not have ear plugs in in-game as this would of made things a lot easier for you to hear our initiation and our demands clearly.

You were initiated on and given multiple chances to surrender and talk to us, you failed to adhere to our demands and you were unfortunately killed because of this.

You do not loose blood that quickly you edited the video for whatever reason but i believe this was to cover a potential rule break.

It was not to cover a rule break. When i record with plays.tv, it doesn't show me when i'm on my desktop, and that time was when i was changing from the Ascension channels, to the TCK lobby, as i wrote in sidechat.

Sorry you took the other post negatively; I understand it wasn't constructive criticism and for that I apologize. Regarding the bugs and lag I am implying some of the things I am referring to are the following:

- Sometimes houses wont store the items once you put them in there and as a result you will lose all items you placed in your house

- Over the past week myself and multiple other people have been getting kicked instantly off the server for zero reason and no message being stated. You might put this in the 'client' category of bugs however it is not something which I am only the victim of so I don't feel it is something I have control over. 

- When you put your gun in your backpack you lose all the attachments on the gun

- Sometimes even when I have a GPS on and all-seeing eye perk I am unable to see people in my gang and the same issue is with them the other way around.

- Atleast every day there is an issue where we're stuck on spawn island and unable to get into the server. I am sure it was yesterday that both server 1 and 2 4-8PM restart had this issue at the beginning of the restart.

- Gang alliances restart every restart. Not sure if this is intentional or not but when you have an alliance it tends to be longer than 1 restart

- From time to time someone gets disconnected an AI version of them takes over with their name above them and once started shooting at me and nearly killed me.

- The NLR timer has now disappeared from HUD. I can't see this being on purpose as it means people have to basically guess when their NLR is over.

- This is not the first bad situation i've had with TCK, but i'm sorry for the inconvenience. I haven't had posted any other bad situations with TCK before.

 
I have just noticed this report. Firstly there is a clear meta-game as soon as you see me you say "boys pretty sure its tck i saw their uniform" could you please tell me what tck uniform is ? if your saying its generic nato pilot helmet and military clothing then it could be 60% of rebels on the server. In your evidence you can clearly hear me say come out with your hand up or you are going to be shot , this is after multiple times of john telling you to surrender. you seen me with a weapon at your back door after i threaten your life you instantly say no knowing full well that i am going to shoot you, so i spray through the wall, and then you die. This was a perfectly legitimate situation. It was not simply a hands up or die situation john was telling you that you are surrounded to come out unarmed, you then straight up reply "no" after i had initiated on you however i do feel i could have roleplayed to a higher standard i do not feel this is poor/low quality rp. I would also like to add i use plays tv and it records your entire session , this video is edited and im sure anyone else who uses plays tv will agree. 

 
Just wondering also do you have any footage of just before we got to your house because it seems like you had spotted us in the town and intentionally left your heli running and left normal earplugs in. I would just like to clarify , not accusing you here, because you look back to town in the direction i was running to you from then someone i don't know if it is you states "four guys".

 
Hello all,

So after watching the video and seeing your guys input on this situation I have come to a decision. 

Firstly, some of the things you say in the report is quite concerning as you say you "recognised them by there clothes," no gang really where's a set pair of clothes and if they do in RP they can't be identified by that. So this is a breech of the meta-gaming rules, however I don't think you did it with any malicious intent so I am just going to advise that you don't do this in future scenario's. 

Now, regarding the situation, there is clear initiation to yourself from outside of the house, you fail to comply with the order and you got shot which they did clearly state. However, ThatScottishGuy you didn't really give him enough time to comply with the order as you have got to give him time for him to stop doing what he was doing and then to open the door and come outside, so in this respect you could of waited a little bit longer before you did fire. 

Now, in regards to you giving Tactical Information, you do start speaking once ziptied for a a few seconds, but this is only small and there wasn't anything tactical given out, but please remember when you are downed, mute up straight away.

Now, just to clear any confusion, 'wall-banging' isn't questionable, it is aloud and is not considered against the rules and isn't considered exploiting. 

Okay then, to conclude - So I am not going to be issuing any bans on the players involved as I don't think that this is the solution.

Nolsen you are going to be receiving a warning for meta gaming, this is because I didn't think that it was done in a malicious way nor on purpose but please keep it in mind for the future.

ThatScottishGuy, you are also going to be receiving a warning for shooting rather quickly and you need to give people more time to comply with the order that you are giving them, so also please keep this in mind for the future.

I hope for you all that this is a lesson and please keep in mind what I have said for the future.
