Well as i was doing a weed run Lacey Dilinger and her buddys from TCK show up and decided to rob me , yet i tried to get in my Hemmt and go away but they shot me , but the execution was so poor/low roleplay all he said "you motherfucker" and executed me ,and i went to teamspeak to talk with the person he said that he hasnt done anything wrong and i can take it to the forums , ill let the staff decide and i wont reply to any comment only if staff ask me.

I’d like to basically explain why I did what I did in regards to the execution.
Firstly, you refused every command we gave you, now as a hobo against multiple armed rebels you can see my frustration with how you failed to comply every single time.

You were warned by a member that if you continue to keep running you’ll get a bullet in the head, at this point you decide to jump into the Hemmt. Now using common sense in this situation means that also trying to drive off is essentially the same thing.

Now regarding what you said on teamspeak, evidence here - http://plays.tv/video/59b2e32a78d83bdcfe/wtf - in my opinion there was no fail RP up until you were executed. You were told multiple times to stop running or you shall be knocked out. You were then told you would be shot, you had so many opportunities to actually comply but you chose not to and so you were shot.

After looking back at the situation yes I know I should’ve RP’d the execution, but you essentially denied us RP when you decided to not comply, now that is within your every right, but when you’ve just completely ignored all of our commands what else should I say before you’re executed? You knew why you were shot, should I have just repeated the reason? This seems like you’re just looking for a report excuse. But like I said, yes, I should’ve RP’d the execution. It was one of those moments, including have the police car turn up (in which was a gang member whom had removed their GPS) which rushed my decision making process.

I do apologise for the execution as yes I am supposed to RP the situation out.

Hello Phoenix, first of all im gonna say i didnt comply with your orders because at first u said that u will knock me out and didnt threat my life thats why i started running around so i dont get knocked out, this is a ROLEPLAY server u cant just go to someone while executing him saying "You dumb motherfucker" i dont really know how long have you been in the community for but thats not the way you roleplay with people while you execute them, im not a hobo i died and i didnt want to buy gear and decided to make some money so i can manage to buy a HURON on sale, im gonna say for me denying your RP no thats not true, i did tell you leave me alone i wanna make some money and when i was running down the road you initiated on my when i was like 10+ metters away from you and i didnt hear anything and then when i was running back to grab my Hemmt and leave since u didnt threat my life i got told by your friend "Keep running and i will but a bullet in your head" yet u didnt give me more RP after that and decide to shoot me while Lacey was saying okay u had ur chance, about you speaking to me on teamspeak can you upload the whole evidence when u said to me "I didnt do anything wrong u can put it on the forums" after that u left and i followed ur advice and made a Player Report, yet if you knew that you should have RP more when u executed me u still decided not to and call me "Dumb Motherfucker" and put a bullet on my head. 

I would expect people to have more Roleplay on this server since the name itself says Roleplay.co.uk and the way u roleplayed with me while executing me was so Low and people get punished for that by the rules of the server if you are aware of that.

I would like you to upload the whole teamspeak conversation on teamspeak aswell since the one that you posted makes me look like im lying on the Player Report. 

This is all im gonna say ill let staff decide.

Spot on there, one in which you should try to act in character as though it's real. From what I read, you're saying the reason you didn't comply with the heavily armed folks waving large caliber rifles around is because they said they'd knock you out rather than saying they'd shoot you?  If you encountered that situation in RL, would you seriously keep running around? Looks like rule play vs role play here in that the magic words weren't uttered, you felt immortal. I class this as poor RP, and I really dislike the 'or what' style of RP.  You were also warned that you would be shot if you continued to keep running yet you decided to try and escape in a slow ass truck you clearly had no chance of getting away in. I don't understand why you wouldn't just comply and try to RP out of it.

With that said, I don't see any reason why you were killed. You were clearly unarmed and your tires could quite easily have been shot out with you being forced from the vehicle and perhaps zip tied. 

The execution @TCK Phoenix as you've admitted was piss poor. 

Does anyone have anything to add before I come to a conclusion?

Well i did comply by asking them what they gonna do if i dont put my handsup and i got told that i will get knocked out, well fair enough the initiation was not RDM and i am not complaining about that, i am complaining about the execution which got carried with the Lowest Roleplay Execution ive seen in a while and i didnt really appreciate that.

I did my roleplay told them to leave me alone well since they didnt threat my life in the beginning and i started running around so i dont get knocked out, while i was going back to my truck after i got initiated 2seconds after i got shot because i tried to drive off with the Hemmt since i was scared.

You didn't comply buddy, you ran around like  a 10 year old at the fairground, completely ignoring their large rifles and acting like you had a death wish. This situation wouldn't exist if you'd taken the fact they were heavily armed seriously, and put your hands up when they demanded you to do so.

You're saying if this sort of thing happened in RL, you were trying to do illegal drugs (dangerous place), you would not feel your life was in danger if 3 armed men / women surrounded you and threatened you with violence?  Doesn't matter if they said knocked out or shot, rule playing is acting like there's no threat, simply because they didn't actually say the words 'or you'll be shot', you still have to take the environment and the situation into consideration. 

By trying to flee in your slow moving truck, you failed to value your life. 

In future, if you're outnumbered and being threatened by armed people, regardless of whether they say the magic words, take the threat seriously.

The reason there is no ban being handed out of @TCK Phoenix is because the issue of whether it's acceptable to execute without RP during an active situation is a grey area at the moment which will be discussed at tonight's rule meeting.
