Report a Player - [TCK] Jimmy, [TCK] Caisey - Poor/Low Quality RP (Action Taken)

The original complaint: As far as the phone messages are concerned after watching the clip 9m25s - 10m03s it is entirely possible while you are watching him he sends the first message to your specification, demanding the ransom of £100k paid by wire transfer to yourselves from other TCK members, you then become distracted by your friends, Viral's, 100rnd mags for the MXSW and it is entirely possible during this time that a second message could have been sent and deleted, as he was left unattended with a phone for a total of 38 seconds before you came back to check it.
As you can see from this handy diagram, if you're stood infront of him you can't see what he's typing, you would have to be behind or to the side of him. An argument could be made that James Moat had seen the extra typing but it is also entirely possible that he was also distracted or the phone was turned in such a way he also couldn't see it.
As far as getting a grid reference, the grid comes from the phone not from the GPS as a part of the message system. Therefore the fact he didn't have a GPS played no part in the fact he sent a grid reference to his friend as it came from the phone itself.
Moving on from the original complaint there also seems to be some controversy over some things said in the video and some out of character messages that had some effect on how this situation played out.

@Jim87878 (AMW) James Moat without any ingame knowledge metagamed his group and used this to influence how you played by taking his comms and moving him from that area as you are aware he'll have friends possibly responding to his abduction. This is a violation of (4.2) Name Tags - You are not allowed to identify players in game via nametags. Police, NHS and UNMC ranks (only ranks!) are fine, as they “wear clothing with the rank on” unless they are undercover. (Not in their uniform or masked.)

Also Report A Players are not your place to vent your frustrations with a particular gang. Please keep the post on topic rather than attacking a 98 member group and tarnishing them with the same brush based on your experience with the members you've come across. Nor is it a place to attack a persons character in the way that you did. This is a place to present evidence, give your opinion on the events that transpired and discuss that with the other players involved. Not to question somebodies ability to have children or guess at their age.

@Super Jimmy [TCK] Jimmy, I would prefer you to continue with RP, even if you're beginning to be robbed, don't give up and try to hurry up the roleplay. At the end of the day they were trying to engage with you on the journey and for thhe most part you were blanking your abductors. So please improve your attitude to other peoples roleplay. You're not going to be punished for what appeared to be a slip of the tongue and when you realised your mistake when pointed out to you when two people said awake. Though I am not condoning breaking RP, please don't do it in future.

@ForceVenom Viral, unfortunately despite saying you don't mean to cheat you did exactly that and metagamed the number of TCK online, possibly via the groups function in the same way it was opened by Rob Roberts on the conclusion of your statement or via TeamSpeak. This is a violation of (4.3) Scouting teamspeak - Searching through Teamspeak to see what police/rebels are doing (e.g. Seeing police are in Bank/Hostage operation room, then acting on this information) (Punishment is a ban)

Crazy Joe, the irony of this statement is not lost on me, you, a member of Altis Most Wanted is calling out TCK for metagming despite twice during this 12 minute video 2 different members of your own gang did exactly what you're suggesting TCK did. Consider this your warning not to do this again otherwise you will be banned under 1.3. I have no evidence presented that shows you interrupting the liaison between TCK and your gang, other than the allegation made earlier by [TCK] Jimmy but we as staff will be keeping an eye on this in future.

@Casiey I had a word with you on TeamSpeak regarding this and you apologised profusely for your language despite this I am not a fan of you not admitting what you did straight away, instead choosing to act innocent until you saw video evidence proving you did what you did, and then attempting to apologise your way out of it doesn't really sit right with me. Due to the connotations of the word I'd advise you strongly that use of the word faggot should be avoided as such you will be banned under (1.2) Discrimination of any kind is punished by a permanent ban without appeal. On this occasion however, I feel you didn't intend to use it in a discriminatory fashion, therefore the ban will be appealable under normal circumstances.

You're attempting to use out of character information conveyed through and out of character message to influence and in character decision of the officers present. This is a clear violation of the metagaming rules, though it was done to avoid potential officer bias, the fact still stand that's not the way you deal with complaints of that nature there are proper channels to go through out of game if you believe this is a problem. https://www.roleplay.co.uk/forum/66-police-complaints-commission/ Consider this your warning not to do this in future and if you have a genuine complaint please take it through the proper channels rather than complaining ingame about the officers gang affiliation affecting his ability to do his job in an acceptable manner.

On top of the last point, last I understood, if he's holding the phone to type, you standing in front of him would mean you could see the back of the phone, maybe the front facing camera, if it has one?

11m31s You can hear and it is specifically pointed out by (AMW) Rob Roberts that your can hear a helicopter, a light helicopter, MH-9 or M900 most likely the helicopter TCK say that found your location before the hatchback sport pulls up to the situation, so in this instance I'd believe TCK that there was infact a helicopter in the area. After having spoke with Caisey on TeamSpeak he confirmed that the helicopter arrived on the situation just before he did as he was already in that area from the given text message which gave them your location.
