Please (in detail) describe the incident
I proceeded to move to Kavala square when I hear a car alarm going off. I though wait a minute I'm in GZ and that sounds so close. I moved to the source of the sound and spotted Tarik Lutz lock picking a car he claimed was his, he tried to explain himself in direct chat saying its his vehicle and he accidentally lost the keys. And thats why, I messaged admins but no one came so I messaged Police. One police officer arrived who did run over me when I ran out but he didn't break in time, I believe this was an accident and no harm was done. However Tarik ran over multiple people when reversing, then drives forward running multiple people over again which I believe was fully intentional.
When giving the officer a description of the suspects I spotted them and shouted to go after them. After going after them I take out my fire arm and initiate on their tires, I gave them time to comply however they continued to VDM so I shot out their tyres. They drove around and I heard additional shots and surrendered to Police reinforcements who they fully understand I was there to help and no hostile intentions other than stopping these rule breakers.
Upon the suspects being restrained the Police then check the vehicle that got lock picked in GZ and it is said the vehicle was actually registered to a Roy Mustang not Tarik Lutz. Upon leaving the scene to prepare this video I was told the guy did combat log away from the police however I do not have footage of this however I was not present. Besmir el Brain appeared to be an accomplice to Tarik Lutz
