We ANPR'd a Hemett and it was owned by Steven Thompson with 3 murders on his hands so we chased the hemett, he gave up and the guy driving it said he didn't own it so he was told it would be impounded, as the video shows what happened he moved away got a pistol out and killed me with out warning or roleplay (RDM / Poor Roleplay)

Hello,

After reviewing the evidence I have come to the following conclusions. 

It looks like Sam has no regards for the rules and he had no intention to RP with and clearly has no regard for server rules and this person doesn't deserve to be here.

Therefore, Sam is going to be banned immediately for RDM as this is not acceptable under any circumstances.

I suggest before you decided to appeal you read the server rules and make sure that you understand.
