Please (in detail) describe the incident: Whilst on the hunt for some members of the Chippieones, one of our members radio's through that the grey jester pulled up to bins (which we thought was one of them) . Once I arrived at bins, we managed to figure out it was Steven due to him not having a mask on, making it easier to identify that it was one of the Chippieones.
After I blocked his car it making it more difficult for him to escape (if he tried to), it gave enough time for more of our members to turn up to bins. Once we surrounded his car, we saw that Steven kept going onto his phone, possibly alerting other members of the Chippieones that he requires help at bins.
We saw this, and decided to pull our guns out and hands them . Upon pulling our guns out, Steven decides to comply and put his hands up, however the individual in the passenger seat decides to keep quiet and not comply. We clearly said 'Hands up, Hands up now' and 'Get the fuck out now'. Steven states that his car is locked, and he cannot unlock it with his hands up. Realistically, he cannot unlock a car with his hands up so I told him, 'Put your hands down and unlock it'. Steven's car had 3 guns pointed at them in the beginning, the member on the left of me pointing his gun at the driver, member on the right of me pointing her gun at the passenger, and myself pointing the gun at both of them in turns. After I put my gun down, we still had 2 individuals with their guns pointed at them, still at a disadvantage and another member coming up behind their car with his gun. After they decided to not comply after being given so many chances and verbal warnings, we decided to shoot them due to the other Chippieone members pulling up due to Steven potentially warning them and stalling for time.
Now of the individual in the car, he decided to not say a word or comply with anything. After an attempt to kill him as well, he decides to get out of the car and try and stab one of our members. I then shot him. After we took the individual to a spot for him to die, he decided to call us out in looc for being
'trigger happy' and that he had no guns pointed at him. In the clip, it is clear that when i was saying 'both of you' about 4 times, my gun was pointed at him yet he didn't respond. His ID was either 205 or 209, and I am unsure which of the two it was, hence i put 'Unknown' for the second reported player.
