Please (in detail) describe the incident: I would like to start off this report by saying that this is in no way a revenge report. I still had to export and upload all my clips because I am busy IRL with some stuff atm. Staff can ask for explanation regarding this. After reviewing my evidence for Steve Stacy's report I was deeply shocked by his vulgar use of calling someone "Bent as fuck". The roleplay provided in this situation by Steve Stacy was very poor as well. He had been shot in the head after giving someone abuse and did not roleplay his injuries at all. When we took him to another location he kept on talking normally and all of a sudden bled out. I don't think this is the RP standard we expect on this server from a long time member.

This to me is nothing more than a revenge report, you're reaching in hopes to get me banned.

I am under the impression that you are not talking about his aim simply because you said being bent as fuck. That to me is a homophobic slur attacking Bobby as a character because of things he may or may not have said or done in the past.

Like I mentioned this is not in any way a revenge report. You can look at my reply earlier today on the other report that I still had to upload my footage. I've done that now, which is why I made a ticket with evidence from the other report and now have time to make my own report on you. Unlike you I did not have time to write up a report at 3 am (4 am for me).
I am saddened that you see this report as a revenge report because it is not that. You used a slur and I am reporting you for that, end of.
 
I am not entertaining this, I will leave it to staff, this accusation is beyond vile.

now I've replayed the video and noted down exactly what was said for you to make the disgusting comment,

I stated "did you actually get me at the Marlowe's"

And your reply was "No I remember you shooting at me and being bent as fuck that's what I do remember"

Now personally I did not take offence from this however that attitude and the way you tried to use it in a targeting manner is not what I would say is welcome on the server.

Now I will respond one last time, just to clear things up. I will attach a clip of what the incident is referring to if that helps staff realize that this downright disgraceful attempt to put slander on my name is put to bed. I can't believe I even need to say this but I am friends with many members of the LGBTQ+ community on this server, I am not homophobic and would certainly never say anything to anyone in regards to that. You are taking this way out of context and way too far, you quite clearly are trying to twist my words to get me banned from the server, not only lying but doing so on such a sensitive topic. I see you said you don't take offense but I do, you are now attempting to attack me personally OOC and trying to put an outrageous lie on my name, it is not okay and is genuinely disgusting. I hope staff can see the lengths to which these people will go to in attempts to get someone banned from the server over a RP incident. This is just a revenge report, it is quite plain and simple. I was referring to your aim in the clip provided, you can clearly hear we are talking about shooting and that I never killed/hit you, in which I respond with "I remember you shooting at me and being bent as fuck that's what I do remember". You can tell there was nothing about someone's sexuality involved in the conversation, it is a disgusting reach and you genuinely need to take a break from the game if this is what you are resorting to. I will say it one last time, so it is crystal clear: I was referring to your aim, not your sexuality. I do not know you personally in game nor OOC, I do not know of your sexuality nor do I respectfully care, I am here to RP not to make a certain demographic feel bad, again, do better, this is outrageous and a downright disgusting lie.

Hold on Steve so you are quoting yourself referring to aim, not the question is how does one manage to refer to aim as "Bent" as you are calling it and like I stated previous you never spoke about aim rewatch the clip and quit trying to dodge what you actually said.
 
No matter how many people you know that are in the LGBTQ community, you should not be saying this. You can't just say "how can I be homophobic, my friends are gay". You said what you said, it's clear cut. This language should not be tolerated in the server. People can take great offence to something like this.

Also you keep implying that I have something against you OOC. I do not know you. We have never talked OOC besides in the liaison channel. Once again, you are being reported for saying something horrific and homophobic. That's the only angle here.

As you know (and make fun of ingame a lot) I am foreign and have talked to a few people regarding their views, everyone basically told me this is a slur either way and not used in the way of "aim being bent". There is a reason you said "shooting at me and being bent as fuck".

After reviewing the footage, the report itself and the replies, I'll start with the homophobia allegation.

I don't find Steve's choice of words in "Bent as fuck" as homophobic or discriminatory. Steve says it was regarding someone's aim and honestly that would be the most explanatory reason as it went hand in hand with what he was talking about. Regardless, to me, this isn't breaching C1.2

However, @SteveStacy , it is evident that you are not roleplaying your injuries. Even a little bit of effort could have sufficed but you chose to not go along with this, a rule of ours you agreed to when you began playing the server.

From what I can see you have already been spoken to regarding this matter and have been issued a warning. We don't want to see a similar report against you.
