Please (in detail) describe the incident

We were initiated as you can see in the beginning with Ebba killing smithy. But then when we leave the area and about 7-8 minutes later some guy who is not even in the same gang comes and kills us (The guy i am reporting) at 8:23 we are talking to them in team speak abut something else that happened and you can hear us ask if he is with them and they say no. after that you can hear them say that we were in a gun fight with them but we are not anymore. and they tell him to stop shooting but he does not either. So basically if he was with them then he did not listen to them and just killed us for no reason and if he was with them he was never initiated.

SO YOU STANDING CLOSE TO THE WALL IN ORDER FOR YOUR GUN TO GO THROUGH IT IS NOT AN EXPLOIT?

Also all the things you wrote that me and my friends broke, i didn't break any of them

So to the part that you actually reported me for. I was shooting at your friend in the truck boxer who in the gunfight drives off and i follow him in my hummingbird he stops at a compound in which i thought he would try to shoot me down so i land 500m out run up to you, i kill the guy who shot my friends and then as i see you draw a gun i am clear to shoot you aswell since it is obvious you are friends with him.

And now to the rules you broke, in the first video you can see your friend breaking rule 2.2. In my video aswell as the screenshots made by @_smithy you multiple times threaten to report me both in side and in game through direct chat breaking rule 2.8 and 3.1.

As i execute you your friend Ebba breaks rule 5.4 by killing me straight after getting revived and after that you decide it is a good idea to come back and therefore you break NLR 5.3 http://plays.tv/video/5a3f9b33636bbfe0c2/eh-oke

 
@Ji Mitch in the clip you sent its only EBBA telling you to comp and whatnot, i did not say anything. And also the guy who rdmed you in the beginning, i can not talk for but he does not know the rules properly and that does not rly have anything to do with what you did. So the only rule i really broke was that i came back after i re spawned. Also what do you have to say about you trying to shoot me through the wall using a bug?

 
@Ji Mitch A 15 sec video of a hobo that you cant prove is the person you killed an executed does not prove NLR. Also do you have any thing to show for shooting them in the first place??

Not sure what you mean by this? do you mean why i was shooting at him in the start? if so it was because he was shooting at my mates

 
@Ji Mitch He mean do u have any thing that points to why u shoot without initiation (Video evidence). And the other thing with the NLR u cant use name tag as evidence and he said he returned after but that wasn't the point the @Tiktak made.

He mean can u in a roleplay perspective prove that HE was the same guy? For u he only was a random guy that came without any shit.

 
@Ji Mitch Sory made my self a bit unclear  i want a  video of you from when you started following them untill you shot them at the hiuse. okease include a bit of the gunfight too.

So after discussing this incident with staff and reviewing evidence we have come to a conclusion.

@Ji Mitch After watching the 15 min long video and gathered opinions we have concluded that last situation had ended and that you should have initiated roleplay before shooting the Diamond Duck gang. You should have used the situation your avantage to get your friends together and taken them by surprise.

@Per Ivar Anderssen You have put up a report showing you breaking following rules: Exploiting, NLR, Breaking RP and threatening to report.  This is unacepteble. I would also suggest you remake your Plays.TV channel with a more appropriate name if you want any chance of ever coming back here. 

Now for [DD] Rct. Ebba you have also been breaking following rules: breaking RP and threatening to report.
