[SIZE=14.6667px]As previously stated this was discussed in the liaison where we got opinions of staff on the matter and we agreed the latter half of the video (counter initiation) was poor. You state “ not at one point did i mention shooting him” but as an established player I would assume you are aware that not every sentence has to end with “or be tazed” or “or die” and that a weapon issuing compliance is sufficient to taze someone. At this point in time ( when you issue compliance to place my hands on my head) upon raising my weapon (hostile action) you had a right to tase me. So in my mind if you have the right to shoot me why can't I fire back ? In this instance it is in the open you have issued a demand with a raised weapon and if I don't comply then I will be tased, so I have to wait for you to tase me to take action ? It is to my understanding that providing i don't shoot you for just saying “hands up” and make it clear I have hostile intent (raising the weapon) that regardless of me giving little time for you to comply to my counter initiation I still had a right to shoot you as you had initiated on me and I gave you time to take action on your compliance. In this situation if I had waited after counter compliance then I would of been tased as originally stated with “hands on your head.” I agree by me giving counter initiation and not waiting to act upon it it was shitty and poor however I would debate that I still had a right to kill you as you initiated on me with hostile intent. Couple this with the fact that you initiated and after I counter initiated you traced me with a taser after you were instructed not to and I feel I was within my right to shoot (I had other members in the area to provide backup.)[/SIZE]
[SIZE=14.6667px]To add on to this and to give an idea as to why counter initiation was given there was an incident beforehand where one member of invicta was pursued by police and they were instructed not to follow. When police turned up at our location there was questions as to weather we were still being followed (albit rather well as they went a while without being seen) or if it was a different cop just stumbling upon us. This lead to overall a lot of confusion as to whether we could open fire but as you see it just leads to a poor counter initiation that makes it look like crumbs isn't given time to comply but even so i still feel this is questionable to report me for as he initiated with hostile intent and it should give me the right to defend myself.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=14.6667px]However I will say I feel that there is some other motive for reporting this as the opportunity was given to determine if there was wrongdoing without going to the forums but you insisted for it to end up here despite our best efforts for it not to do so, after spending 55 minutes and the opinions of multiple staff members you seemed to be intent on a report. Crumbs did state also “i'm sick of getting Rdmed all the time” implying he gets rdmed a lot. If this is the case i would begin to question as to why it's just Invictia that gets reported for it and not the other RDMers we heard about.[/SIZE]
