i had respawned in kav as i was about to log off and needed to transfer some money. as i was walking towards the atm SpoonJ ran me over and then hopped out of his car and told me to put my hands up. obviously i was reluctant as he had just ran me over. he then started counting down from 3 so i ran and he killed me. he then killed the guy next to me by saying hands up and giving 2 seconds if that for a response before gunning him down.

I spoke to this guy recently in game and he seemed to be getting to understand how things work. I think he may have been new when he rdmed, I feel maybe a warning could be issued or something but also a ban if it is seen fit.

Guys overall the ones who have been affected I'm really sorry .. as said before I'm a new player not to role play but to this server some servers have varied rules and I try and go by what would happen in a real life situation if it is different as it is only a video game I'm sorry and will learn from that I would agree to be banned already I'm loving the support and loyalty This server has and would hate not to be a part of it therefore I am more than willing for compensation and my honest word that it won't happen again and I will hand on heart read over the specifics of This servers rules as they may be from what I'm not used to sorry guys

It seems that the reporter and the reported has come to some kind of resolvement, and judging by your replies it seems like you regret what you've done and is willing to put in an extra effort. Because of this I will only action this report with a warning. Please read everything that I write in this reply, aswell as go over the rules once more in detail. 

About the RDM/Fail RP - (7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together.

In the video provided by @Surgey Viscloser and the extra video provided by @Hapi your only roleplay is "put your hands up". You also start doing a countdown in the second video. This not not acceptable and does not reach out High-Quality Roleplay standards - not even close. As the rule 7.1.3 clearly states, killing someone after giving them the roleplay of "put your hands up or I will shoot" is considered low quality roleplay. You provided even less roleplay than that example. Hereon and out I expect to see more roleplay from you - make it interesting, fun and actually something worth killing someone for. This will be the final warning you will recieve for this rule. If you are seen giving low quality roleplay, then killing someone, thus breaking rule 7.1.3 again, you will recieve a ban. Please take this into consideration when you play on the server. People are here to have fun. That gets ruined by people providing that quality of roleplay.

About the VDM - (2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).

The VDM that happened in the first video provided seems very innocent, and may or may not have been accidental. However, after you VDM'd him you then abuse the fact that he is down on the ground to try to rob him. Even if you had full intentions to rob someone, please give them the time to get up or even just let it go - find another target. You will not recieve a warning for this, as I believe the warning given already is clear enough and should make you actually stick to the rules, but please keep this in mind.

EDIT: To clarify on the second video, when Hapi pulls out a gun: That does NOT give you permission to just instantly shoot him. You still have to provide high quality roleplay, and so does he before killing you.
