Me and my friend were driving around in Kavala with an offroad. Later we saw a few police officers talking with a driver of a truck boxer so we stopped next to them. One of the police officers said 'Keep driving' So I drove a bit and stopped then I jumped out of my offroad just to see how police officers would react to my weapon. After screaming 'Look at my awesome weapon' I jumped back into my offroad and was thinking about driving away from that place, but then they started shooting us without any warning, so I stopped, jumped out of my car and got tased by over powered rubber bullets. Well there's where the fun starts. I jumped out of the car get tased and then police officer SPC Martha Focker shot me with lethal bullets. So since there are pretty much no medics that help (I've learned it the hard way.. They don't even bother comming to you even though they're like 500m away) I wanted to solve the problem the good way so I respawned and came to them saying 'Ill pass you a note' so I asked them to talk to me on TS but they just started talking OOC in voice chat saying that I broke NLR. "5B) A new life does not start when: Your character has been the victim of a clear case of RDM/VDM". After few minutes I got kicked by PCSO Neo for no reason. they came to talk to me on a teamspeak, but they wouldn't even listen what I was trying to say, then they got instuled that I don't to them and I got kicked out of the TeamSpeak3 serverer. I'm sure that PCSO Neo banned me for no reason. I came back becouse I was RDM'ed (Officers are not allowed to kill downed people).

Of course, we are humans and I understand that we all do some mistakes, but if you did one, please be good enough to compensate what you did. Compensation is that all I wanted without any reports or anything like that. Thank You.

Oh well. Because I am involved in this Report as a Player I quick explain my side of the story:

I have my Game in german and the only difference between Lethals and Rubbers are the words (grün) and (rot) at the end.

Every time I start to Patrol I put in the "Grün" ones (Rubbers) but sadly sometimes when I go in or out a car I switch magazines and because the words are the exact same I accidently had Lethals "Rot" loaded. It was not on purpose I wanted to Rubber him while neo who is a PCSO is running towards him.

(The Suspect was armed so I did not really want Neo to get killed) I accidently killed him and we instantly informed a Medic to come and revive him and I even said to his friend "Sorry about the Loss of your friend".

BUT the Gentleman then broke NLR and RP (we broke RP too because he didnt listen to what we typed) and then went on TS. We tried to explain that it was an accident and that the Medic was even there once he broke NLR and that he would have gotten revived. He then kept on insulting how "useless" the Medics are etc. wich had nothing to do with our situation. Neo then banned him from the Server.

Ruined our RP to the max by respawning, we had a medic like 10 m away.... and his friend didn't even have a mic....

Also taunting with a weapon... that's baiting...

Calling RDM when you're tires were shot. Calling RDM when you were rubber balled AFTER WARNING. Calling RDM when you were shot under a car, be it accidental.

I'm sorry, but I feel there's enough to deny this? Anyone have any issues? Please contact Cardoso or Wilco.

Also, nice revenge report on you getting banned.... missed all the parts about you not caring about Medics and RP.

Well as I said: we're all humans. Only thing that I wanted is a compensation for you mistake. I dont blame you as long as you admit it and compensate me. But you didn't. Medics... Medics are kinda bad on this server and I won't hide that. I even wrote about them in my report so I suggest to read a reason before commenting..

Plus my friend has a mic, but no one told him to talk becouse officers always say that line 'what you will say can and will be used against you' or something like that.

Go to a police in real life with a weapon on your hand, see what happens.

You are complaining, but just showed us you didn't role play one bit and you were there to troll. 

Officers told you to keep driving, why didn't you? That shows you only meant to do the exact opposite of what you should be doing.
