My gang took two cops hostage and me and Myron took DSGT Ole and Myron rp'ed taking his comms but Ole wanted to be difficult with us so we stopped to physically take it from him instead of through roleplay and a police car shows up and Ole says "unrestrain me now or your going to get shot" as two officers get out of their car and I start to talk to one of them and SPC Kai says "wait" so I did and he shot me while I wanted to rp with him. I did try to resolve this with him but he was just being a bit arrogant and all I wanted was comp and they refused to comp me hence why i'm reporting them because they think they did nothing wrong. Also the comms in the video were mainly about the other cop in mid kavala that was taken hostage.

I asked you multiple times to come to teamspeak if you have any problems, Allthough you did refuse that offer.

It was your decision to not come onto teamspeak and just talk to us. If you handled this situation a bit different, We would've happily helped you.

You did say that you tried to resolve this, Could you explain to me in what way you would've tried to resolve this, else then refusing to come into liasion room ?

You did ask me to come to liason but I was not there at the time as I was out but you asked about comp and I told you how much I wanted to just resolve this but you said you were not going to give it to me but I am still open to try and resolve this if you wish.  https://gyazo.com/6bb24f76bed8c97b164fec3a83c2a0ce Also I did try to resolve this with SPC Kai but this was the chat log https://gyazo.com/b16121d399b23e952e698c890e9ad440 which suggested he didn't want to resolve it with me.

 
This did not need resolving as there was nothing to resolve.

You were initiated on by ole. He then told me I can shoot you and so I did as he said opening fire upon you. The reason why I sent those messages were due to the fact I was in a situation and your texting me on TS constantly when there is nothing to resolve. 

I later said when I was ready to come to a liaison room but you did not reply.

After you asked ole to comp you. You then decided to ask me and you got the same answer.

 
In that case I guess we will let the admins proceed with the report for Poor RP from DSGT Ole with his initiation and RDM from SPC Kai Barry

Well SPC Kai Bary thinks there is "nothing to resolve" about this situation but I believe that DSGT Ole may want to try resolving the situation if he wants to with me, which I dont mind.

 
I can talk, but it's unessesary. I refused to go in the first place due to the fact you constantly harrassed me whilst I was busy. We have lives IRL and so I will try to resolve this when I can.

 
Oke after reviewing all of the evidence I have come to the following conclusion.
When you get taken hostage as a police officer you could RP that they took the radio and gps off or you could physically do it.
They decided to stop to remove the radio and GPS and then when you got pulled out you decided while restrained to initiate on the rebels fair enough.
The cop car pulls up so Humzah took his gun out and told you to not pull out the gun and walked right up to kai Berry up till this point its all Roleplay but then you are saying wait like you wanted to RP with him and shoot him regardless. I find this really poor. You started a roleplay scenario by saying wait wait wait and still proceeded to shoot him anyway which is classed as poor RP.
