We were RPing with medics when 2 cars pulled up and stopped. So we got back in our truck and drove off both cars immediately followed so as part as RP and Initiation i fired a shot off to the right of his vehicle and then the gun fight started. Personally I believe this is fair RP and Initiation and nether side is a fault. 

 
I was the driver of the truck and only shot back at you guys when we got out of the truck. You decided to shoot me so I killed you. You then started complaining in OOC to join TS and when we did you said to leave or you would get staff. When I came back into the game your friends had completely surrounded us and killed me. By some chance when I died I ended up in a crate which didn't allow you guys to kill me even after many attempts from you guys with guns and vehicle. We tried to resolve the issue with them but they clearly didn't want to.
Clearly, you need to show more evidence of us doing something wrong. Like video evidence of the whole event.

 
We joined Teamspeak and short after my friends left so I stayed and next minute you told me to leave or you'll get a staff member. Also surely when a teammate is downed they can still communicate with their team.

Also about when you said we shot at you on the off-road, One of my members shot NEXT to your car (1 bullet)which you then decided to shoot back at us
If you feel as if we broke a rule why did you follow on by shooting us? wouldn't you be breaking a rule too?

No because you fired at me giving me reason to fire back at you

I am not claiming the RDM what im claiming is metagaming which yourgang member admited to by saying you told him you was being shot when downed which is not allowed.

At no point did anyone initiate and im not reporting you for RDM im reporting you for meta-game

Im still willing to speak in TS if you wish as that is what i asked you to do in the first place

If we did meta-game what did we actaully achieve since I killed you as soon as you tried shooting me. You do understand that I had told him I was being shot since it did take you guys awhile to actaully kill me. Plus you are able to see that Im in a container because of my  gps.

If you read the rules no where does it say you arent allowed to telll teammates anything when downed, all it says is that you can only do it in direct chat which we did. You're basically hoping that they believe we said it in a 3rd party client or group chat. The screenshots you provided takes everything out of context.

As soon as we joined teamspeak you screamed at us to leave or you would get  an admin.

Private message me on how we can fix things. I'm even willing to compensate even though I feel I did nothing wrong and since I'm in the United States it would be pretty hard to get on at the same time so make sure to pm me on how we can resolve this issue.
