Me and Fergus were checking in on Metal Export that no one was getting robbed. Then 1 car came with 1 armed guy and a helicopter came with another armed guy. Then we procceded to talk to them in a none hostile way. Then they were hostile. We tried to leave, but when we were by the car they said don't leave. We jumped in the car. They initiation on our tires. They said "Get out the car or we will shot the tires immediately we have multiple friends in the area" then we got out we talked abit then they started to shoot at us without any verbal initiation.

In my defense, I assumed I was able to shoot at the police from the point when one of them said that they were taking shots and other officers got their guns out,  however it does not justify shooting this PCSO who had his gun on his back (I only realised that later when I watched my footage). Our communications on Teamspeak were chaotic and since the was shot I took for granted that someone in our gang had initiated on their life's before shooting as so, I proceeded to use lethal force on the police.

As Marius stated, he did not try to reach me to solve the situation an neither did I since at the time no one made a big deal about it and I did not want to bring that up. If was called on Teamspeak at that said time I was willing to cooperate as I am now, I am willing to give any sort of compensation if needed. I also have to apologise for what I have done to both the police force and especially to Marius who was the victim of a silly mistake. 

To the Staff Team, I want to apologise as well for wasting your time with such a silly mistake committed by myself.

@James_W12345 As I said in my first post I only noticed that there was initiation on cops lives after the situation was finished and I watched the footage so no, the roleplay given by me and by the gang associated members was not high quality roleplay which means that I shouldn't have started shooting on the police force.

@NorwegianMarius In the future, please try and adhere to the guidelines of report-a-player. posting a week after the incident happened when you were playing on the server every day between this is concerning. I will be writing down on your player notes that you waited a week to report, so that next time, should you not report within the appropriate time, it will be closed without being looked at. We have guidelines for a reason.

That said, @Paulo Serafim this situation was far from ideal, but you seem to understand what you did wrong, let's hope you learn from it and are always sure high quality roleplay has been given before shooting someone, I will be therefore issuing you with a warning but not a ban, so that if future situations like this occur, you will be given less leniency.
