After a gun fight with SOS we started to take people into the pd after the 5 min timer had ran out. we had notified medics of the situation and they where on there way. I stumble across Ambi and I start dragging him towards the pd. I tried to make conversation and inform him of what was going on and that the medics are on fast response to the situation and he will be fine. His response to this was, "id rather die, im stopping my heart". to me the rp in that is terrible. I cannot find an easy/exact rule break but I feel like (2.5) is close where as during an active rp situation where he is restrained by police and medics on the way, when he is clearly being arrested and about to be helped up by medics kills himself by saying "im stopping my heart" is fairly close to basically disconnecting and some of the shittest rp I have seen for someone respawning.

you say that the only thing i said was "i'd rather die" when i actually said before that that im very hurt and that the best place to be taken was to hospital and not dragged on the ground. you refused.

and from a biological perspective, stopping your heart isn't something impossible. it can be done with a rock on a wounded person (usually someone that was shot) by smashing it onto the chest. it usually works best when someone else does it. Medics in the war did that to put people out of their misery.

We had Messaged them using the pol/nhs chat and you guys where priority after they had helped the guy they where with, 6 clicks in a heli also isn't a very long time.Also a // message could have been easily sent it doesn't take that long.

I never said they can die? when you mentioned them I looked on the map and saw a unit of 3 officers pulling up behind you and they did and hostages where freed. Im obviously not going to be nice if you are coming to the pd gates and saying you will kill them if we don't let your members out the pd. you came with the intent of being hostile so I fired back with hostility.

In the video I tell you the medics are on the way, so you knew they where going to be coming. Your irl situation im assuming could have waited if you were willing to rp with medics and then police if they where on there way, even so a simple // saying you had irl stuff to do would of been all you needed to do. in my eyes it seems a bit like combat logging as instead of alt f4 you bleed out and then disconnect, you could have easily pinged me a message on ts but you didn't.

Its not my job to chase up your in game faults, im assuming you must have still been at your pc then if you where waiting for a message from me on ts which doesn't really make sense to me. Also if you knew I might have messaged you then I have a feeling you knew it was wrong but didn't bother to sort it out.

I then replied by letting you know medics where on the way, which also meant that they would be able to help you/take you to hospital. Following your rp of "im very hurt I need to go to hospital" after telling you medics are coming you soon switch your attitude to "id rather die, im stopping my heart" please explain to me first of all how this is good rp and secondly how it is humanly possible to "stop your heart" in a matter of seconds. as far as saying I refused I didn't really tho did I, I cant magically get you too the hospital hence why I informed you of the medics coming. they weren't moving right away but as I said before if you were willing to wait for them to come if they were moving and rp with medics and cops what difference does a minute or two make?

Also if you dont mind can you send me the recording of me talking to you so we can speak with actual proof because i remember you saying that you dont care that we'll shoot the hostages because you can send units. i may be wrong thats why i want the recording. i deleted mine a couple of hours before i found out about the report cuz it was taking up space

As i said i was pretty busy and the medics were not coming. BOTH of these factors determined me to respawn. Not saying it was the best choice, but as i always do, i remained on teamspeak so its not like you couldnt have resolved this with me on ts and you had to go straight for the report.

What? i never claimed there was a timer i just said that i waited for a while and the medics were not on the way so even if you didnt come to me i wouldve still bled out.  I couldnt care less if i were to rp with you. Its just that i had to leave and again i wouldve respawned anyway.

Don't think thats the sole reason why you dont want to send it to me but anyway i was asking for it because you tried to disprove what i said and since you re the only one that still has proof i figured you would want to prove me wrong. I can get the video from the guy that was with me anyway so i dont think it matters if you give it to me or not but if you are trying to disprove what i am saying i then am forced to gather proof to back up my claim.

Dont talk to me about setting examples when you said (as a whitelisted factionist) smth along the lines of "i dont care if they die. i can send all units to kill you" and you dont even want to prove yourself right. Got the footage and you had no attempts of negotiating for the hostages, unlike the other pc Bone Topick which actually tried to convince us that it wouldnt be the best idea for cap to leave the PD,  you just said "If you kill the hostages I'll get all units to kill you" and you also called for backup right in front of us knowing that we could execute the hostages. Also may i know how you knew that we were SOS when you called for backup. Also when i asked you to call down some higherups you refused. This is not retaliation. If you just didnt try to disprove me i wouldnt have had to prove my point.

I didn't need to really need to talk much about the hostages because as you can see about 30 seconds later police pull up and sort out the hostages. Also we knew that the 2 men we had detained where part of SOS and you pull up saying you have 2 of our men. if you have a problem with it don't bring it onto this report. feel free to make a report or a pcc.

I told you. I brought it up because you said that what i said wasnt true about you refusing RP. Also 30 seconds is more than enough for us to execute the hostages and you wouldnt have known if cops were going to pull up to them or not. As far as i know you cant see in the future. There was only 1 SOS member detained and he never mentioned his gang

I mean I don't really know what rp you want me to give, seeing as yanno maybe I can see the gps of the cops that pulled up :0 I didn't really need to keep you for long, I did my job and kept you for long enough until they arrived. once again as I said in my eyes I did nothing wrong, im not longer going to be talking about it on here, if you want it actioned do something about it.

Alrighty, I am going to keep this rather simple. There is nothing stopping someone from succumbing to their wounds once they have been bleeding out for a certain amount of time you are lucky they can even speak and understand you with the bloodloss/pain/trauma from their wounds in this case from bullets, so there is no rulebreak occurring here. @17ambi That being said I nor other staff will look very well on someone who seems to resort to "conveniently" dying outright quite a lot and will make people seriously question your intentions on the server and if they actually involve roleplay that matches our standards, so ensure this is something that we would barely seen even once in a blue moon and I really advise that you if you intend on doing so then there is this thing called "Roleplay" in this case, "Roleplaying a heavily Injured person" and will give the benefit of the doubt that the pain from this occurance was due to the mass amount of pain addling your mind you were unable to respond like any normal person... this one and only time mind you. Do not let me down Ambi as I don't wise to hear of anything else like this coming from you, let alone any further issues as looking at your past and notes you are already on quite rocky ground.
