Please (in detail) describe the incident: Had an incident very early hours on the 29th of August (03:28 server time was when the rulebreak occured, didn't get any ID) I suspect this person to be Sonny Liston, it's a clear cut combat log which will be the main report reason however I have a ticket open on this person prior as a lot of this information I've provided is very sensitive and private I'd like to keep it that way, refence "ticket-2793" - thank you for taking your time to investigate.

What a shocker, i was browsing the forums until I saw this report. What a shocker, Jesus

Let’s start by saying that I’ve been back to the city now a couple of days. It’s been fun I’ve grinded again like I used to. Not to crazy but I got what I needed for now.

Anyway, let’s say that Mr. Jack Mero is unfortunately a delusional normal being. Why do I say this? It’s not been two days and I already got confronted by him because his store/diner got robbed apparently. He was so furious about it that he pointed the finger instantly at me. Explained him that it wasn’t me doing this to his diner but he wouldn’t budge. He threatened me that I had to pay back all the damages I made. To be honest here, before I got my first permanent ban I’ve been robbing some stores in the city including his diner. It’s unbelievable for me and such a pathetic way to confront me for the damages I’ve made the last “two days” I told him it’s bull crap what he said and if he would confront me of stuff 4 months ago I would understand. Ain’t it a coincidence you come stalk me and try to kidnap me 2 days after I got allowed back to the city? You’ve been targeting me all along. You dont even like to be in the forums. You just was checking the forums just for my appeal when I tried to appeal for my unban. And you waited out if I would be allowed back in. And they did. Two days later you come with your nonsense. Creating unnecessary drama

You said one time to me like: “nah man I can’t f*** with the forums, way to much work blabla, staff is try hard such and such and such”.

But now when you need to cry about something or you feel like you don’t have any options left you come to complain and seek for help on the forums and staff huh? Now staff is a good choice for you isn’t it?

and now because your little diner got robbed again or whatever happened you target me instantly. Super sad. If I wanted to “bait” or “troll” you or other ways whatever in that matter I know better ways to do that.

Let’s be all open here, I don’t have nothing to do hide. Xen/jack and I go way back. I’ve known this person on the internet for more than 11 years. You are one of a kind xen. It’s always been a problem playing any sort of games with you. But unfortunately I’ve saw a really dark side from you since I’ve seen and started to play fiveM/RPUK with you.

You are not even on this server for the quality roleplay and you know it. You only provide roleplay when necessary. But these are not your intentions.

The only thing you want to do in this server is disrespect people, grind for yourself/ keep the most loot for yourself, demand your crew what to do/by speaking to them like slaves and collecting irl pictures / private information about everybody in the city so you can extort them confront them if necessary. You are a walking hell and time bomb on that server. And I don’t want to be there for the boom. And I made that choice way before I got banned by leaving you and your crew. It was nerf making and patethic

In my opinion people like you should not be in the city, you ruin a lot of motivation. You don’t know how to communicate a proper respectful way. All you do is demand and scream. You said so much bad stuff about the forums it was patethic. I just said to you that everything would be fine and I believed RPUK would give a chance again. And they did. Your ego was back within seconds.

I will stop talking about you now, I just want to come up with specific details so staff would understand the story around it. And hopefully the way you are.

I am probably going to open a ticket tonight when I finish off work providing evidence of you saying and showing me private information about people in the city (pictures, addresses etc) and that you have a file on your computer.

Sonny with all due respect you're taking things way too far both OOC and IC and my opinion is you should self-reflect on your behavior, you've made it a goal to "troll" me in the city as you've admitted more than 4 months ago to me in private, - I am not trying to cause you any issues or have a problem with you being in the city however you bring all this upon yourself for example when you tell one of my family members you are going to spit on padrinos and fuck Jack this and that.

I have no interested in having any communication with you in or outside in the city especially due to our history and differences, I hope you understand my concern for your behavior.

I've already explained all this to staff and tried to clue them in on our situation.

Apologize for the bump, I am not able to edit my previous message,
- I did just now read through his lengthy response out of curiousity, again made up stuff, I have literally done nothing but try to help you in city from day 1 even when you didn't even understand RPUK or even wanted to play, I told you I wanted to purchase you any vehicle you wanted of your choosing, you and me know this, stop trying to make up something that is not real. As soon as I invited you to my group you went and caused issues for my group immediately, repeatedly, I asked you to stop but maybe you didn't understand the server at the time and I was understanding of that, tried to help you the best I could even watching your screenshare for hours on end when I wasn't really feeling like playing in the server at the time and guide you but ultimately letting you do your thing, at a point when I became aware of your frequent rulebreaks I told you that you need to read the rules of the server, the responses I got was, "I am not going to do that" I am quoting you exactly as you said it I believe, - you futher said something along the lines of "I will never, ever, ever read the rules" - I specifically had to log in to the server just to remove you from the F6 in this moment as you were not willing to take "orders" from me and that was that, ever since then you've been target harrassing me in and out of city apart from the time you've been banned, even going to the extend of getting personal intel on me and confronting me about it. I know you like to lie and project but you really need to learn to self-reflect, believe I have a lot of empathy and again I try my best to help and give people an experience in the city.

Yes I have been money focused for majority of my time in the city, as I do love the "grind" - not really focusing on roleplay much or at all in the beginning of my time in this server.
As of currently with the imports going away I literally have nothing left to buy quite literally so I've been focusing way more almost exclusively on the roleplay, trying to make sure everybody in my "family" is good and well off as I like to keep my family more in the direction of being individuals rather than being a gangbanger group type thing, I hope this makes sense to you.

I am here to roleplay but I don't like an ex long time friend of mine target harassing me and causing issues for me in the city when I've quite literally done nothing but help you.

I know you are obsessed with me, I know you like to lie about meaningless things, my friend we have known eachother since early 2013. Everything you have wrote is simply false, I do nothing but help people when I can, giving them opportunities etc. it's literally all I've been doing for the past 6 months of actively playing in the server.

First off I would like to start by saying that this is what I mean by saying zero empathy. You mentioned that you didn’t bother reading my stuff at all. But here you go, you just did. It’s true that you introduced me to this server I admit that. But the way you explain games or show games is not your best. You know that. It was a hella of a demotivation because you made me do stuff you liked and I didn’t.

When you invited me in the group, this so called “mafioso gang” of yours I was pretty excited in the beginning. Was like a new step. But it was death as fuck. Nobody was active at all. All you did was cut cocaine in your garage in the house or get some packages on the island. And deal coke at the tequila-la. I mean sure nice grind. But where is the roleplay here? I was interested in the roleplay and you weren’t. You couldn’t be bothered because you are an extreme anti social guy. People came in the group and left all the time because it was super boring “working” for you. And if you even have a conversation with you it’s nerf making because the way you talk is absolutely unacceptable most of the times.

Well I was following these steps obviously of his, but my issues started at when I was dealing coke. I got robbed and dumped/killed multiple times by a certain gang. And it was the same person the whole time. So I asked for your help which you declined because you weren’t “ready”. No guns no money. That was obviously an excuse. So I acted for myself. I’m not gonna wait for your ass because you can’t be bothered. Xen you can’t be bothered 24/7. And it’s been like this 11 years since I’ve know you. You know that

After I acted alone obviously the other gang reacted again and they hit the main house of yours. The amount of headache you gave me after was I-N-S-A-N-E. You were going about it for days. After all that cry and yelling of you I decided to leave myself. Thank god I did

And this import you have was nice yes but caused problems for me too. You adviced me too keep the vehicle black so I could look like a fed. And it actually worked. A lot of times people tought I was fed because of it. don’t turn the tables here boy.

Is it you combat logging or not? Regardless of that I want to continue with the report and the other rulebreaks mentioned.
And please keep things relevant to the report, you clearly have trouble seperating IC and OOC hence why I've reported you for this also.

You don't have to make up stuff about me mate, what you're doing is called projecting
I don't like people especially people I consider my friends make up shit about me keeping files on people, saying I have zero empathy etc.
Maybe this is what you're doing? Well I know for a fact that's what you're being doing with me, so what are you trying to get at exactly?
Everyone knows me as I've been a part of this community for 3 and a half years, I don't wrong people, I don't scam people, I try to do my own thing I am unconcerned with any drama or beef that other people have, it's not relevant to me, why would I care about it?

I just read bits of what you said cuz honestly you're so far out with all this pathological lying and projecting that it's seriously difficult for me to even read anything you type.

Can you please provide the proof of these exortions and files I keep on people please? Or are you projecting again, you're quite frankly insane in my honest opinion.

I will say to both of you when the thread does become unlocked stop with the personal attacks or warnings on the forums ect will be handed out. We are an adult community so please both of you act like it.

After looking over the report and the tickets both of you had open as you are both aware it has come to the decision that we have gone ahead and issued punishments for both of you based on how this report has escalated from a normal report into personal attacks and how you've both acted within the tickets with us.

Since the report was the main point that started all of this the report will go ahead and be accepted with alternative action being taken since both parties have received C1.6 Community bans for their own actions in both places.
