I would also like to add as I was in the situation, am I allowed to add some evidence of sokoGR later returning to the area and attempting to rdm me. I then sent a "//" message and he didn't even know what RDM was

I don't think he was recording that incident I do think he was just pointing it out @KaptainKush

No problem and thank you for letting me know @KaptainKush. Now going from the video it does look like they both intentally disconnected to save their gear. Due to this both will be banned for Combat logging.
