The video was made by my friend (Nightwish)

We started out by robbing a guy which we got some money from him then we wanted to move away from the robbing spot and when i went down the ladder i just heard shots then saw my friend dead then tried to go back up to defend and got killed while doing so. He didnt initially say anything just started shooting we didnt even see him, he was trying to sneak on us. Then he was just saying that we are bad and that he just got revenge on us for robbing his friend. In the vid you can see that he didnt even talk at first just started shooting. It was around 30mins left to the midnight restart

We tried to resolve the problem on ts but he was just ignoring us.

I was one of the guys on the hatchback sport that you fired upon. If you check your own video, you can see that your friend typed you that we got out of our car, so you knew that we were somewhere around you.

Basicly, from my point of view you directly threated my life (by shotting into me) and i felt the need to defend myself. 
I know that i could have done a bit more RP in that situation, but since you were the first one shotting, i was affraid of talking. As soon as you noticed where i was you would probably get me downed.

If the staff asks, i can provide a clip that clearly shows that i was one of the guys from the hatchback sport.

 
@MacTheImpaler Coud you please ask your friend to come here and explain why he is shooting people before he says anything to them. From what i can see in this video's he is the one that is RDM'ing not Sloran.

Yeah, just shooting once is literally ''RDM''. You guys can be funny though. Seriously if you think this is RDM feel free to ''ban'' me, I'm not scared of banning for no actual reason. Have a nice day.

Well, that just made this decision so much easier.  It's clear that you don't care about the rules so why should I care about banning you?

The rule clearly states:

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

I assume, in your eyes, quality roleplay is simply shooting at a car without saying anything at all? 

Sloran simply acted in self-defense.
