I wanted to land inside Kavala (Helipad). The police started shooting warning shots at me, and while they shot i sent a message to get permission to land at the helipad. As soon as i get the message (between seconds) I get shot by some criminal scumbag for no reason as of my knowledge.
- Note (PC Joshua can confirm that he shot at my heli (warning shots ofc)

Hey,

We pretty much resolved this in TS but you went to your own channel room as soon as I started to mention compensation. My side of the story:

I had been roleplaying with a police officer prior to a restart and continued to after the restart, where we were roleplaying with the few people on the server at the time (It was getting close to 5am GMT) at Kavala GZ. As seen in the video Sindre hovers above Kavala well within audio range, so that those of us talking outside the pub can barely hear each other. The Police Officer then walks round the corner, and fires warnings at the chopper. You make no move to leave/land, so after around 20seconds I say to the officer "I'm just gonna go around this corner and the chopper will be mysteriously shot down) - as it is disrupting RP, and I know that a PC's weapon is unable to shoot down a helicopter at that range (Holoscope + 5.56 ammo). After warning shots were given and you are not moving away which is still disturbing the RP session, I then shot you down as you wouldn't budge (baring in mind that you had been hovering close to the GZ for over a minute at this point).

After talking with you and the PC on TS, I considered that it could be RDMy as it was not me/a member of my gang that shot the warnings. I then began to talk about compensation and you left to your gangs room, I then msged you over TS asking if you wanted comp and there was no response.

My side of the story: I was rping with shuttle for about 10 minutes or so; it was pretty fun and was going quite well. We went to the Kavala high street and noticed a heli hovering above the landing pad. I went out of the gz to fire warning shots at it and after the second set a dispatch came through requesting permission for the heli to land. I granted permission. This is where the trouble started. Shuttle thought he could be judge, jury and executioner and shot the pilot out of the sky. To be fair, after reviewing my footage he did say that he was going away and a mysterious man was going to shoot it down but it was very hard to hear due to my warning shots, in game noise and ts chatter. However, this is no excuse to rdm in that way. There is no excuse for shuttle to take it upon himself to shoot the helicopter down, its just blatant rdm.

With the helicopter blades and due to the fact he is 200m in the air, I highly doubt he can hear voices on the ground.

Honestly if you turn your sound off in game to the point where you cant hear warning shots then you only have yourself to blame. I am also not Partucularly fond of the idea of shooting down aircraft over kavala at all in this instance due to the roleplay on the ground it is fair game
