A Tempest Covered was being pursued by fellow officers and since me and my patrol partner (PC Wade Annibel) were in the path of the tempest we put down a spike strip. After the Tempest hit the spike strip I proceeded to shout "Armed Police, get out of the vehicle!" two or three times. The driver jumped out and immediately gunned me down with an MX Rifle.

What happened prior to when this video started, I hear you mention something about shooting tires?

If I recall correctly that was someone joking at the time about a random Civillian who told the Tempest to "stop or your tires will be shot." Because my Shadowplay did not work correctly, I had to ask SPC Jefke to give me his recording and I'll have to wait for him to come online to show any parts of the chase before that part. The recording is taken from Jevke's point of view, I'm the PCSO that pops up from behind the wall after the Tempest is spiked.

EDIT: I managed to find the shadowplay footage, and can upload about 1 or 2 minutes before Jevke's recording starts.
