Paros fuel was being robbed. I just came on duty and left from NPAS. Open arriving, I went to the back while PC Lee Burn and SGT Remission tried to speak to them at the back. It is heard from the person robbing paros fuel "leave, leave now and get in your car". Next thing I know I am being shot from a sniper. Whole thing lasted 10 seconds.

Hayo Shaniqua MCchicken here. I was the sniper that shot all 3 of them, so the thing that happened here was pretty fast and the reason of that is because of previous situations with the police force where me and my friend was instantly rubber bullet by the cops when they showed up to a similar situation... therefore we didn't wanna take any chance this time and told the officers to leave or get shot.

I was at this situation and in that video you can see me at the door. I did not hear anyone speaking until Hugo shouted in our TS that he was getting shot.  I didnt even hear Hugo who was right next to you speaking. Both Videos show the 2 sides of Arma audio issues. The distance you were speaking at along with your very quite voice contributed to this situation being a possible RDM, although the complaint is for poor RP. From that distance it is hard to hear someone shouting, let alone speaking softly.

My real concern in your video is that there was almost no RP and if anyone knows East Altis police, we don't go in with guns out. In that situation you could see no guns drawn and everyone acting chilled. While I dont think either deserve a ban for this instance, I do think you need to look at your RP and reason for playing. It is not to make money, as it is virtual, but it is to have fun and RP. Going full auto combat is what happened 2 days prior in a similar instance with you both and 2 trucks. (never reported) 

I back up Hugo's statement "Whole thing lasted 10 seconds." which is not long enough to RP let alone "leave."

So you think that this initiation is valid?
You never made any threat to the cop. You were just stood behind the counter with your gun pointing towards the floor. There is no threat to the officer what so ever. 
Then You just start shooting?!?
You claim he said they will be shot. This is not once mentioned in the video and he never announced the presence of a sniper. 

I'll leave this open until its 24 hours old. See if you can reply again in that time with a good explanation to why you RDMed.

I see where u coming from and I understand now where I have seen the video a couple of times that it was clearly or fault... although because of our bad experience with some of the cops on the server earlier that day, was the reason we reacted that fast when my friend saw 3 cops jump out of the car he just started yelling that u needed to leave, and because we were used to playing with taskforce radio we forgot that the sound isn't the same as when u yell over taskforce radio... 

Besides that, we are both truly sry for the bad RP and are willing to comp or personly apologize on TeamSpeak if needed. :)

This is the third time in as many days that these two have RDM'd/bad roleplay with cops. Considering his stance during the liaison room was "I've been part of many RP communities, I know the rules, I've done nothing wrong", I don't see the benefits of another TS conversation.
