What best describes this incident ?: (9.8) Police are not allowed to execute players. This was abolished in UK law in 1965

Please (in detail) describe the incident: I ran to the water to help Poseidon and got tazed and the put in cuffs and left to drowned by cops

Good Afternoon,

First of all this doesn't fall under execution, execution would imply that I had actively decided to finish you off when in a vulnerable state, whether that being that you're down or restrained, this doesn't benefit me for two reasons.

1. I don't benefit from you dying, if you're restrained/being processed/in prison you cant come back to the zones, you can't fight us, even better if people get tied up trying to rescue you.

2. It's against the rules

In the video above, you can see what happens from my perspective (Apologies the audio from my end is missing, this has not been edited it just isn't picking up my microphone)

After arresting three of the divers Kieran enters the water and is tasered and restrained, I have no option other then to do this as he will otherwise escape, at the same time I have tasered a diver on the other side of the ifrit so need to restrain them otherwise they will also escape. I would've proceeded around the front of the ifrit to restrain him however there was a fourth diver in the water. I fall back behind the ifrit so I can move along the right side to deal with him but he exits the water at the front of the ifrit and is no longer a threat. 

Now that I believe there is no threat I move to bring everyone together so I can check all communications and GPS have been removed from them until another diver can arrive and assist me . I first move towards Kieron to bring him to the rest of the group but double back as I now believe the right side is clear, therefore it is better for me to grab Greeny while I am in the clear so that when Poseidon have had a chance to regroup and possibly renter the water I will be able to take cover behind the ifrit when retrieving Kieron. After I interact with Greeny and escort him over to the group I am told the Keiron is drowning, I am better off continuing with Greeny and then leaving him in the spot which I did as it is often difficult to get the sweet spot to interact with someone underwater and this will waste the least amount of time overall. After I stop escorting Greeny I come over to Keiron, interact with him so that I can bring his head above the water, at which point he drowns.

At no point did I intend on Kieron drowning, due to the delay while I was responding to other people in the water and risk to my life of immediately moving him he unfortunately drowned. If I am believed at fault for what happened to Kieron while under arrest I direct you to page 5 of 'Operation Salty' which outlines that the officer is not at fault if a hostile enters the water without appropriate equipment and drowns before being removed.

he went off teamspeak i was looking for  him but could not find him and i also sent this clip to gold command but i thought i would put a report up as seen there was a rule break that took place

@ZulufighterI don't think there is much of an excuse for doing what is seen in this clip. I am under the illusion that leaving one under the water for a prolonged period of time with their head below the water which leads to their death is in fact, execution by drowning. With regards to it being the only thing you could do otherwise you would 'lose', that is not an excuse for what is seen in the clip. 

Now, you have significant playtime here and I would definitely expect you to know better than to be getting involved in nonsense like this. Please make sure that it doesn't happen again in the future. You will be receiving a 1 day temporary ban under rule (9.8) on this occasion.
