I was simply locking picking a police vehicle and randomly got shot in the back for no reason with no initiation.
I tried to ask the person into teamspeak and he said no. I asked about 3-4 times. Evidence of him saying no: http://prntscr.com/buu4j9

I had a car crash with another vehicle, so I moved it to the side of the road and picked up his weapon to prevent a hobo getting it. All of a sudden, a person showed up, gave me inadequate time to respond to his demand to put my hands up and shot me. I asked him to contact me on Teamspeak, however he failed to make contact with me.

-That was RDM? what are you talking about ? I was demanding you to put your hands up while you had a vermin in your hands? You never did raised your hands instead you tried to run away , i saw that as a hostile movement ....  

- You never tried to resolve this with me before reporting.. At least i haven't seen it server restarted few minutes after the incident.

Timeline for your alleged demands:

0:52 - "Put your hands up bud"

0:53 - "That's my friends vehicle"

0:54 - You shot me dead

2 seconds. For which I refer to the RDM rule:

As for making no attempt to resolve, I believe I also made a text message for it but I don't think my shadowplay recorded after the fact since it was a retroactive keybind:

Did you even checked if i was online cause i always reply if the name me? Couple of seconds i killed you for finding your movements hostile my game was getting laggy and i had to restart and i waited after the servers restart of 8 p.m to join... If you hadn't got an answer from me that doesn't mean you tried to resolve this while i was having trouble with the game itself... After you kill someone your first thought isn't what the chat is going to be but if he has friends around that area ..If you find me online communicate with me via mobile so we can resolve it from there or ts..

I have nothing further to add to this report. You are denying the above evidence constitutes RDM, therefore there is nothing to resolve and I leave it to the discretion of the staff on how to proceed with this and to make the judgement on whether my report is correct.

 
It is not really about the compensation that you give me. It is more the fact you broke a rule that was very clear which means you haven't read the rules before playing on the server. 

Also as seen by this printscreen,  http://prntscr.com/buu4j9 . I asked you in game to come to teamspeak and you said no which means you didn't want to resolve it. 

Finally as seen on the forums there are other reports of you ongoing which means you are breaking rules more than this one time.

I suggest that you read the rules if you haven't at https://www.roleplay.co.uk/rules/ and lets just see what the staff team have to say.
