We were driving and then a guy says stop the car, he starts shooting and kills me instead of trying to maybe stop the vehicle? Then he fights against my friend, he loots me and combat log. Couldn't resolve the situation as he combat logged and left teamspeak.

I personally think it's rather irrelevant to add the fact I said he wen't offline since I did not know he combat logged also since I had 2 admins ask me about the situations prior to you.

Also I was not involved in this situation what so ever

Nothing against you, just so there is a proof that he actually combat logged mate.

You pulled a gun out after he told you to stop, so I can understand him shooting at you rather than the tyres. He was entitled too because he did tell you to stop, and even more so when you pulled a weapon. There is no evidence of combat logging or body looting. A gang leader's word is not enough proof, I need actual videographic evidence.
