Please (in detail) describe the incident

One of my friends was robbed so I and my other friends left the mainstreet of Kavala to go find the guy, when we found him we had about 6 people point pistols at him which he did not react to or comply, we followed him behind the church in Kavala and one of the guys who we were with fired a warning shot, as soon as the shot was fired a person we did not know about opened fire from a distance with a rifle and killed us all with no initation, later we found out he was with the guy we were chasing who had robbed my friend earlier.

We tried resolving it on teamspeak but we were told by them that they did nothing wrong and we were being "salty". I spoke to staffmember Jefke V about the incident alone and he also thought that unless there was clear initation from Sassy the Sasquatch it would be RDM since nobody knew he was in the situation.

Hi, I was heavily involved in this situation and I can't get my head around why you put this report up. The admin himself (Stuart) said that everything was okay on our end. I think you forget that you guys shot at me first, and with me being with sassy (In the same gang) I asked him for help. You guys did the same thing when I robbed your friend so whats the problem?  

one of the guys who we were with fired a warning shot, as soon as the shot was fired a person we did not know about opened fire from a distance with a rifle and killed us all with no initation, later we found out he was with the guy we were chasing who had robbed my friend earlier.
 

You solved this situation yourself, also I did react by telling you guys to get away from me with my pistol pointed at you. There is no need for this report at all, this is just a case of you guys getting angry because the situation didn't go your way.

Stuart said that u called someone a retard and u did a fail RP also when u executed us. Next time when u come on our lobby please respect everyone there because no one was flaming you or anything u started screaming *Salt Salt Salt Salt* and u left ... i was involved in the situation also

Like I said, You guys shot at my group so we shot you. I got a warning for calling someone a retard and the admin said that was the only thing we did wrong. He said that I 'Could' of had some better RP with you before i shot you but I didn't break any rules. 

May I add that your group was the first ones to break RP when one of your group started getting really angry and shouting RDM.

The situation in teamspeak was that AMW and my Group are two different entities, you may have spoken to the Guys from AMW but when we asked to speak with you, you said you had already resolved the situation with people we are not in a Group with, even though you Refer to us as one. When we then asked about the situation you repeated "salt salt salt" and left the teamspeak. I attempted to contact Stuart but when I entered the support room I spoke with Jefke V.

I attempted to ask you what Stuart had said but once I did you Again just said that you had done nothing wrong. You appear to believe we are all members of the same Group which is incorrect, and we were not even in the same teamspeak room as the others if you haven't noticed from the video. I would prefer if any further comments from anyone on this would be linked with evidence or video from their side of the situation.

When you compare that we did "the same thing with our gang" you forget to mention that we all initiated on you individually. Once we heard our friend had been robbed we came running, found you, initiated on you in RP with multiple people and then the situation ensued. At no point did you mention that you had a friend in the situation or did your friend initiate on us, you can even hear one of us thinking that he has been tased by the police because he simply does not realize that a second guy has gotten involved on your behalf.

Steven, Steve and I all attempted to speak with you about this but Again, you had spoken to a different Group (AMW) who was also there. Once we finally got in contact with you, all you told us was that the situation was resolved, you did nothing wrong, and you repeatedly said "salt" and then left.

It is also quite apperant that once you realize we are a larger Group of people you stop talking to us ingame and start talking to your friend in teamspeak or whatever your choice of communication is, coordinating without ever mentioning that you have friends in the area or that a second person might join the gunfight. Very little value of life not complying with a significant Group of people with guns pointed towards you.

So I was watching the situation and it wasn't a great situation to watch. It was a bit of a cluster due to the amount of people around trying to comply. Now all that was said was 'Put your gun down' from both sides before @Kattana shot. This is what kicked off the gunfight and yes alot of people died.

Now moving on to @Donny the Dealer what I heard you say as I said last night wasn't acceptable and hope that it doesn't happen again. We all know what happens in heat of the moment and I was more than willing to believe that after our conversation.

After a nice conversation with Kattana and Donny both players was warned in game by myself due to what they did and I thought this situation was resolved. Still not to sure why this report is up so @Lecter my question would be for yourself. Can you explain why this report is up ?

Yes, after you Kattana and Donny spoke to Kattana about the situation, he said that the situation was resolved on his end but he did not inform us about anything really other than some inaudible yelling between Donny and Kattana when they were in the same room, I then asked Donny to explain to me what you had said and what the resolved situation was and he just told me it was resolved on his end and that I was being salty, he then left.

After that multiple of the guys I was with asked me the simple question of if the situation was resolved. I could not say that it was because I had gotten no information from the two people who supposedly resolved the situation, other than it was supposedly resolved. I then joined the staff support room and talked with Jefke V about the situation and what his opinion on it was, and then I put up the report.

To answer your question a bit more simply, nobody ever informed me about what had been spoken about and resolved in teamspeak, nobody explained me how Sassy Sasquatch got involved in the situation, nobody informed me how the rules applied to the situation, and if it's allowable to have gang members join after initation on one member. After not getting any information and speaking to Jefke V I put the report up because I felt the situation was not resolved, as I was not a part of the conversation that did supposedly resolve it. I still have doubts about the rules on the initiation of an entire gang and I have not had those questions resolved with either party.

Basically when you say that "After a nice conversation with Kattana and Donny both players was warned in game by myself due to what they did and I thought this situation was resolved. " I was not in that conversation and nobody spoke to me about it's contents.

I can understand to why the report is up now @Lecter. The reason I didn't talk to yourself ingame was due to Kattana and Donny both being the main people to 'spark' the gunfight. Now like I said Kattana did shoot first with basically poor roleplay. I did talk to him regarding that and warned him due to it. I do understand the frustration however Donny was with other people, someone shoots at him then it turns into a hugh gunfight.

With the others from Donny's side who shot they wasn't in the wrong however I can fully understand how it could be seen that they were as you was unaware of them at the time. This would play part with getting into gunfights, You won't always see everyone from one side and if you shoot you do run the risk of being shot yourself. From the teamspeak point where you said you wasn't fully informed, Maybe Kattana or Donny could of explained what I ment better in game via teamspeak to you all. 

I did ask them to let you know that I talked with them, Both seemed happy with how I delt with it in game last night. Now the reason I went down the line of warning them was due to the large number of people and yes it can be confusing to keep up with who was there. I personally felt with a warning they would learn from mistakes and also pass the information on so the people they was with knew it wasn't right and how to do it better next time. 

If you have any more questions regarding the situation I am more happy to talk to you, as i've always said I will help anyway I personally can with situations. In regards to the report itself what would you like to do as the two main involved have been delt with already and per this post Sassy was with Donny as Kattana shot so he did nothing wrong only shot back due to the gunfight kicking off.
