Please (in detail) describe the incident

Myself, DI Louis had just picked up SPC Mango from kavala and were heading out of Kavala looking for a box truck (that had SPC Mango had been shot at by the occupants). We could'nt see and as we were passing peach tree's noticed people being robbed. We turned around in attempt to help, when the armed men decided to leave in a police SUV. We gave chase for a short time and the Police SUV crashed. The armed men jump out after crashing and then tell us not to get out of the Vehicle. So we comply with this and attempt to drive off. We are then shot at and killed with little RP, in an extremely poor manor.

We did speak to the guys on TS after/during being revived and they claimed to be shooting at tyres. From the range we were shot and killed i do not feel that this was the case at all. They then while i was muted talking to a medic in game, had a conversation with DI Louis about not valuing our lives.

Giving us clear warning to not get out of the car, we complied with this, however just to get shot and killed with next to nothing else but this.

can i just point out that at 1:25 i do say "stop stop stop" but you continue to drive off. unfortunately its hard to hear because of the music in the background 

 
also i would like to point out that the tire was burst after i shot at the car therefore if i wasn't shooting the tire how come it got shot out. At the end of the day it was an accident me and Donny stayed around and chatted with the police involved, we called the medic and discussed with the officers about how this was an accident. I cant understand why this report is even up because we were told this wasn't going to go any further and just had a discussion as to how this RP situation could have gone better.

 
Hi, I'd just like to ask why I'm being reported also? I didn't fire a single shot at you guys and once I realized that Sassy had shot and killed you guys I told him instantly what he had done. We then had a full conversation on Team Speak about the incident and both parties seemed satisfied? Therefore why does this report include my name? 
 

 
I can also quote on of the officers involved in the situation when Sassy offered them comp. "Don't worry about it, we get our gear for free anyways" 

So if we spoke about it in TS and you guys seemed okay about it and didn't loose and thing why have you then gone and put a report up, including my name even know i didn't fire a single shot? 

May I add the first thing I said when i joined the TS room was, "So, how do you guys wanna go about this" and I was told by one of the people there, "We want this to really just be a lesson" and were told it wouldn't go further after Sassy had apologized to all those involved.

For the most part, the only thing heard was do not get out of the car. So naturally when in danger the first thing to do is get out of the immediate danger area (this is instinct for all players and animals if you want to go there) 

Secondly you made no attempt to engage in RP and just opened fire at us, tyre or us, this is extremely poor and no RP attempt was made. Hence Poor / Low Quality RP and RDM.

We did speak to you in TS, however while trying to resolve this you became sarcastic and it was felt that you hadn't taken your actions seriously. 

I have nothing else to add.  

 
i offered compensation for what happened. It was an accident that you guys got hit, i was aiming at the front right wheel on automatic so the fact you got hit i'm sorry and i repeat it was an accident. If i was really shooting at you to kill you why would i stick around to speak with you guys and try and call a medic because surely i would be thinking i was in the right therefore we can just continue on with our day.

So, you think we were being sarcastic....Noooooo it wasn't sarcasm it was me trying to understand your logic, because, sorry to disappoint , there was non. 

 
i also feel it is a bit sly that you give out fake reassurance because speaking with you guys and discussing you said you wern't gonna take this any further therefore i deleted my footage from last night to free up my hard drive. but now you have put this up i can no longer supply my side with better audio from my perspective.

p.s if thats the case how come people get kidnapped and/ or arrested by the police because from what you are saying if someone points a gun at you even if your in an open field with no cover you should still run away because thats what animals do. Animals dont understand the danger of guns nor do they understand that if they comply no harm will come to them. That why humans get kidnapped and why not every arrest is a forceful arrest needing guns and tazers

there was an attempt to engage in roleplay even if you watch your footage i think you will find me and Donny both tried to initiate but due to you guys obviously not caring about roleplay decided to just drive of without saying anything from whichpoint you would of pulled up and shot us and don't try to deny you would not have engaged us. When you say no attempt was made to engage in roleplay...really... i simply ask where was your part in this roleplay situation what did you say that made you guy have 100% perfect roleplay yet us trying to speak is poor roleplay sorry "extremely poor" and "no RP".

 
Personally I do not and I can speak for Gavin and say he also doesn't have any evidence as he deleted it. 

I still don't understand why my name is in this report i did nothing wrong?

Gavin now knows he fucked up and we had a talk with the guys and they seemed okay so why doe this have to go any further? 

One of the officers involved said that he wanted it to be a lesson to us and that he wasn't that bothered as they get thee gear for free anyways.

 
As you don't have any proof to provide from your side @Donny the Dealer I will go ahead and continue with this report. I would just like to point out you did shoot first within the video @CI Wasted has posted at 1;27 but I will go over the points for you.

So the chase was going fine and then you got out with guns and told the police 'Don't get out of the car'. This is all I can hear being said within the video provided as no more proof has been given to counter this. The officers decided to drive away as you told them not to get out of the vehicle and just to point out no other orders were ever said to the officers. 

Going on when the officers decided to drive away, @Donny the Dealer as stated above at 1:26 in the video you say don't drive away then at 1:27 you shoot your Pistol at the car and @Gavin Hansfield decideds to shoot to kill the officers. You can see even after you shot with the pistol this is what kicked it all off. You didn't give the officers enough time to comply before shooting as 1 second isn't enough time in anyones books. 

Lets move onto some of the comments on this report,

Just to point out, saying 'Don't get out of the car' then shooting is very poor roleplay from both of you.

If you look at the times provided above it shows you did shoot Donny and didn't give the officers enough time to comply. For the compensation you are right cops go get gear for free however saying they lost nothing is a bit of a streatch. They lost the time playing and possible roleplay situations they could of had, even if this situation was different you could of opened up more roleplay to make it enjoyable to everyone. 

Now moving onto the conclusion of this report. As stated you did not give the officers enough time to complay '1-2' seconds is not enough time for anyone and there was no attempt for other roleplay apart from 'Don't get out of the car' and 'Stop Stop Stop'. This is very poor roleplay and I will be issuing a ban on Both players for this. Donny for Fail roleplay, and Sassy for Fail RP/RDM.
