Ok that was a lot of reading on things completely unrelated to the original report of logging out to prevent house being broken into!! In future guys, please try to stick to the infringement that's being reported. It makes our job as staff a hell of a lot easier!
In this case, I have to ask myself whether Adam logged out deliberately with the intention of preventing his house being broken into. There needs to be no doubt in my mind in order to take action. Having looked through all the evidence, and whilst I empathise with the frustration and suspicion, I'm afraid it's not conclusive, and my gut feeling based on what's been said here, is that he was genuinely unaware.
For that reason, I'm going to reject this report.
As a side note, I think a player should be notified that his house is being broken into regardless of whether he has an alarm, simply to avoid these disputes in the future. I was unaware that the player doesn't get notified if he doesn't pay for an alarm! I shall bring this up at the next staff meeting and see if we can get it added back in.
