I took a taxi to the car dealer at Kavala (don't remember the drivers name, sorry mate) and when I got out I was held at gunpoint by two players and told to put my hands behind my head, they also tried to hold up the driver of the taxi but he got away, which I did after giving up on attempting to roleplay the situation with these two as it was obvious they had no desire to talk beyond shouting ''hands up or we shoot''. I was restrained and taken to the upper floor of a building to be held hostage for police ransom. When SPC Sparx, SPC Frank Roger and DI Vik Rambo arrived they swiftly took out my kidnappers after taking fire from them (good job again guys), talked a little and then they left to deal with another situation. After the police left, one of the kidnappers who was killed (Russsy) returned to the area (breaking NLR) to scout my position for his friend who I now realise had escaped the first incident. He proceded to do the exact same kidnapping scenario again, but this time his friend dropped me from the building twice in order to kill me as revenge (Shadowplay spazzed out before my death, though I had little gear on me so I'm not so much bothered about dying) and as soon as I clicked for a revive the server went down for 12am restart. The player, nor his friend, didn't reconnect at server restart so a resolution was impossible. None of them seemed to understand/didn't care they were breaking server rules so I suspect a resolution wouldn't have been possible anyway.

1:09 you can see Russsy at the scene as part of the group who kidnapped me.

*large gap while they bore me to within an inch of my life*

15:53 the police turn up.

16:15 DI Vik Rambo kills Russy at the scene.

21:20 the police leave and I run back in to the building to go through the back door at which point Russsy's friend Kaan holds me up with a pistol.

21:47 you can see Russsy outside of the building (breaking NLR) having, I assume, informed Kaan of my whereabouts.

22:26 a better view of Russy returning to the scene and breaking NLR because you can now clearly see his name.

I am the other guy in the video near Russsy. Russsy definitely has a fault here.
It was already like 3am here so we decided to go for a sleep after restart, that's why you couldn't find us to speak.

Russsy is a streamer and I recommended him this server, and also recommended him this forum before starting to play here (though I don't know if he registered here) he has still a lot to learn, I do my best to help him with rules and anything, and when this incident happened, I warned him to go away (in skype)  because he was clearly breaking NLR. 

However, he wasn't scouting anything, he was just curious and during stream he came nearby to get better view of what is going on for his viewers, however, he played no part in your recapture. I was already aware of your location as I was survivor of the incident and was watching you from distance.

It was boring for you maybe, but you could make it more entertaining if you were in the mood as we were not simple guys like "hands up or we kill you" you were just not into roleplaying anything. We did same thing before in the stream, and everything went great as our hostages were fun guys to talk. (one of them was PC Dipsy, or something like that, not sure about name)

And about this large gap, just we were sending warning messages to cops about what'd happen if they kept ignoring our messages, giving our requests and etc.  Unfortunately some police (Not all) should start caring more about civilian lives as this kind of hostage situations would bring both parties a lot fun and roleplaying experience, I was disappointed at that night.

The thing is you were the "hands up or we kill you" guys in this instance. That's exactly how it started, "hands up or you die", you restrain me without furthering the conversation and then a long period where you barely engaged with me at all. Hence my frustrations. I immediately knew it was going to be an awful experience, and it was. If you're going to roleplay a hostage situation then you have to at least engage in conversation with your hostage ie. roleplay. If, as you did, you give it the "hands up or die" rubbish then don't talk at all the hostage is going to find the whole thing boring and a waste of their time. As I did early on. They wont want to engage with you at that point. There were several large periods of time where none of you were talking at all. Texting the police doesn't require 3 peoples attention. And then when the situation was all over you again restrain me and drop me from the building twice? Poor roleplay imo but at least you were somewhat engaging in conversation the second time, though admittedly my patience had all but vanished by that point. But as I said, that isn't my complaint. The blatant disregard for NLR is.

I dunno, you say he's trying to learn and you're helping him, and if  I hadn't happened upon Russsy's stream and within 5 minutes saw him totally ignoring the chance to roleplay a robbery, completely ignoring the guy who is holding him up to talk to someone in Skype/TS for a few seconds then combat log to save his gear, I may have taken your claims at face value and settled the complaint. But it doesn't seem he is willing to follow the rules or learn from his mistakes, and there are too many people on the servers like that atm. What I saw him do on stream is one of the worst things you can do in an RP server imo. He completely ignored the situation as he didn't want to lose his gear. And he knew it was totally wrong, hence him laughing about it immediately after. Whether or not someone in his voice client told him to do it, I don't know, but is seems that's the case.

I am not supporting him over this as I am fully aware he made a mistake and broke NLR, but your claim about him scouting you is false, because he was streaming the game and came near you to stream your reaction and hear our speech, in my humble opinion, it shouldn't be ban, at least. Because we need to encourage new people, not scare them away. I am sure the admins will do the best decision about it.

About our start, yes we were in the middle of kavala, so it is risky place to kidnap people, you know? Even when I said a few things, you made me repeat what I said (in your video I can clearly hear myself and understand, I don't know how you didn't) and I thought you were buying time for someone to come and save you. That doesn't matter, I am sorry for taking your time in vain, but there is other saved stream Russy made, I can send if you want, and same situation of yours happened with another hostage, we had a great time together. So, the same thing with different people, and different results. Just it didn't work with you.

Anyway, hope you have a great experience in game.

 
As I said I watched his stream for ~5mins before he combat logged and laughed about it. He is obviously aware combat logging is a rule break, given he has since deleted the VOD, yet he did it anyway. Obviously he has no respect for the rules or other players.

Because I couldn't understand you. Your accent coupled with poor voice reception made it impossible to understand you. I could understand Russsy which is why I asked him to talk for you. Apology accepted, and I have no hard feelings towards you. Ditto, hope you enjoy the server.

He RDM ed me after that he broke the NLR and he forgot that 5.3 rule.And than he sayin' me that he will report me for rdm

 
After having a serious talk with him on Teamspeak, he was very sorry in doing it afterwards. He is very new on the server, and therefore I will give this a slap on the wrist for doing it. He didnt do it intentionally while he was trying to entertain his audience on his popular Twitch channel. 

Verbal warning has been given to him

Case closed....
