[Russian Hitman]

About the report it was my Friend Elias. We were going to go on a ARAC patrol but a car crashed into his car so i checked his body if is gun was still there so i could guard his body so no one would take it when we waited for medic. But the medics was way off so he respawn at ARAC HQ and we started are patrol from there. If you don't believe me you can talk to Elias or me i would gladly answer any questions and he two.
