I was sitting in kaval market greenzone 20 mins before the restart watching a bounty hunter because i was very bored. The bounty hunter asked a guy who had a hatchback what his name was but the guy with the hatchback ignored him, went into his car and drove away. Then the bounty hunter opened fire in the green zone at the guy driving off..

I didnt really know if this was allowed or not so i had to ask around i little before i knew that it wasnt allowed, so i tried to send him a message but the server restarted as i was typing but i went on both server 1 and 2 after the restart trying to find him and also search though team speak but he was nowhere to be found.

I've read in the rules that the green zone is not a "save haven". if you are being chased and or trying to run away from someone in the green zone i am allowed to open fire. If i am right ofcourse.  

--EDIT: Sorry i wasn't on teamspeak. I was on a different ts server.

Non lethals, like police tazers, rubberbullet guns or the bounty hunter tazer is fine to use in a greenzone. However, asking someone their name is not initiation enough to just open fire on their car.
