I was heading towards the Fuel station to get some fuel cans and repair kits, as soon as I land and get out of the helicopter I get shot at. There are some words being said in the back but I cannot understand them due to the music I was listening to. Even if this was a clear initiation I did not have enough time to comply to the orders I was given. As no roleplay whatsoever was shown other than some words being said while the person who was speaking was inside a building and I was outside with a helicopter which just landed so was still making noise (which made it harder for me to listen to what was being said), I believe this is clear Random Death Match.

I tried to solve this situation in teamspeak but the group said they did NOT have the program installed.

I cannot make out what romma said exactly but whatever it was he neither gave you enough time to comply with it nor did he ensure he was close enough to you to say whatever it was considering you are also walking next to the heli at this point, there is no possible case of that being quality roleplay of any sort before he shot you so as such he can explain himself and prove himself in an appeal.
