Please (in detail) describe the incident: So there is this tweedle account called 229bumgang and we saw him post on tweedle saying he was selling a gun so I replied on an alt tweedle account asking for his number, after I had messaged him and received the gps we went there to rob him for the standard.
As seen in the video he had a pistol which we would of robbed easily if they didn't combat log

At 0:45 this is also power gaming by saying "if you shoot me you wont be able to get me back up" 
he was using the pool knowing we couldn't get him out of it without his cooperation

Was involved in this situation, his id was 273 - don't have any proof of this as it was acquired by Logan in ts.

The whole pool situation was also confirmed as power gaming by Logan & another staff member.

I have the whole ts recorded if any proof is needed of any part.

Regarding the combat logging we tried to contact him via ooc twice to resume the rp but was told again by Logan that he was driving around in a car so in no way was he willing to carry on the rp situation. He was also typing in ooc to another person about their name which shows he had his chat turned on.

Hello, I am the character of Ricky Lahey and I confirm this story. I am not proud of what I have done and I feel guilty logging in. This report is all truth and I did in fact pull my ethernet on purpose. I am admitting to this because I believe it was the wrong thing to do and as soon as I disconnected I felt it was too late and I had a sinking feeling in my gut. I now believe that at the end of the day I was being stupid and all they wanted was some good RP and was supposed to be an empowering takeover. I now only realise this because of the hard way and the experience, With this new found experience and knowledge I would like to hand over whatever these gang members wanted (Mainly the standard pistol) This server is probably one of the most fun I have ever experienced and the thought of losing the excitement and Roleplay scenarios all because of a few hours grinding feels devastating. Since this scenario, I have had time to face my issues and I have realised that I don't want to play FiveM just for the money, fame and power anymore. I want to produce good and fun roleplay scenarios for other people and become a strong community member leaving this past behind. I am truly and completely sorry for the inconveniences and unrealistic situations I have caused which I can understand being very frustrating for both the staff members who had to deal with the situation and the other characters as well. If you can realise my mistakes and understand that this would be the last time I do anything like this just to get an item I would be more than grateful and would be a functioning part of this community, producing fun and realistic Roleplay scenarios for both myself and others. With this in mind, I have already applied to NHS and LSPD hoping that with this misdeed I can try to make up with it by Helping people up while they're down and protecting people from the streets. I think of this as some sort of community service and a reminder to myself that what I have put other people through wasn't okay and to try my hardest to change. Already I have acted out my injuries, put my hands up for police when they have lethal weapons and started being more of a nicer person rather than being an all around dick messing up the fun for everyone else (i.e. Robbing and messing around with Police) 

I can understand that it is so easy to read my confession, ban me and leave it at that. But, I beg you to read through it carefully and understand that I WILL change because this whole lifestyle I have carried out isn't fun for anybody. Please pull me aside and talk to me about this (Either Staff or a 229 Member) - Happy to talk on TS

Hi Ricky, 

We were very frustrated with how the scenario went, not because of the gun at all, that was the least of our concerns, it more so the fact you ruined what could’ve been a great RP session right there. We don’t want you to come back and give us the gun, as again, that isn’t good roleplay, we would rather have continued on with that situation but it went down the drain. Right from the off you made the scenario frustrating by jumping into the pool and then proceeding to say “I’m down here so if you shoot me you can’t get me out” which as mentioned above, has been confirmed as powergaming. 

This isn’t the first bad experience we’ve had with you either. Us as a gang have dealt with you numerous times and you still keep coming back for more, and for no real reason either, and to be honest it’s just very annoying, boring, and drab roleplay. You came down to our turf area the other day, and the standard of RP from you wasn’t great at all. We even spoke to two admins after about it in TS, and spoke about how you keep coming back for more even though we’ve effectively killed you multiple times now. 

When you was down at our turf, you wasn’t really willing to roleplay at all, and when shot in the head, you didn’t act injured. Because of that, we then set you on fire and roleplayed cutting your tongue out, and yet you still carried on talking rubbish. The worst part of it was the awful /me’s you were doing. A few examples of this, when cutting your tongue out or hitting you with weapons you would just type “/me swallows knife” or “/me swallows hammer” etc. then after all this, when you were shot in the head, set on fire AND had you tongue cutout, when a lady walked over to you, you then did another stupid thing by saying “/me jizzes on girls foot”. What kind of roleplay is that? You say you want to produce good roleplay scenarios, and quite frankly, I do not believe that from what I have seen. Every time we have interacted with you, it’s been miserable. 

In terms of taking it to TS, it’s been done twice now so I particularly don’t see a benefit by doing it for a third time. 

If this happened just the one time, and this particular report evidence was our first interaction, I would’ve been more than happy to talk it out on TS and give you the benefit of the doubt as people make mistakes. But there has been a few issues with you now when it comes to situations with 229. We’re all here to enjoy the roleplay and have good and fun interactions, but it’s very frustrating when this is a common theme. Sorry, but we would like to proceed with this report and let the admins deal with it as they see fit. Thanks Daniel.

I have never been in a TS conversation with any of you. and when it came to roleplaying my injuries I remember shouting in pain. While it is true I haven't produced the best roleplay scenarios most of the time its because you are the same as a gang, I have had many situations with you where you have infact been injured, thrown off bikes and shot yet you were still able to talk and insult me. When it comes to "coming back for more" its never me that comes back its always you guys. As im sure your aware that when you have died and come back as a "new person" as it were you are defaultly signed in to the last tweedle account and when I posted on this account is when you guys came to me. While I believe that my /me where disgusting and unrealistic I was just trying to have some fun in the situation I was in as Im sure you can understand it is bad roleplay for me when you come gunning for me every 5 minutes. If you are to ask any other gang, I'm sure they would tell you that I have had no issues when it comes to roleplaying realistically and properly. At the end of the day, I see that I have broken the rule of combat logging and I have apologised for that as I see that is my wrong doing. However, I believe you misunderstood the "I'm in the pool so you can't get me out if you shoot" This was me saying that if you shoot me there is no way you could lug my 200 lb body out of a 6ft pool with dead weight especially on your own. I believe that this was realistic however, I can see how it could be misunderstood. With all other past experiences with you guys they have been unpleasent but I have tried my hardest to make it realistic and fun for everybody. In the particular case you are talking about is when I was behind an alley way where you couldnt see me and I already had a knife out, when you told me to put my hands up your gun was aimed to the sky as it happens when your too close to an object, I took this opportunity to defend myself and use the knife I already had equipped. The only thing I see wrong with that situation is my /me which I understand where I have gone wrong and I dont want to be known as that guy. Previous experiences such as when you took me hostage at the triads, I put my hands up and completely complied with all your commands because I had no equipped weapon and there was no easy way of escape and so I did the right thing and feared, you then took me all the way to the airport and after almost 45 minutes you finally made your mind up after interrogating me profusely about the tweedle account which I posted on (I explained that I woke up from the hospital and it was automatically signed in - perhaps I picked up the wrong phone) You then shot me after 45 minutes.

Since these experiences I have been producing very good quality RP scenarios and have acted out my injuries.

So far, I believe I have misused the /me command and combatlogged, although they are serious offenses and can be devestating to any RP scenarios I hope you can understand that as mentioned before I want to change and am willing to do anything in order to make up with you guys as said previously however there has never actually been an attempt to talk in TS with me even with the /me misuse you spoke about earlier. There has never been any attempt to make contact with me and I guess I just needed a wake up call. I have recieved that now after reading how you have felt because of my actions. However, I believe your actions have made my experiences in this server especially worse. With all this in mind I have still tried to keep the peace and forget what happened each and every time you breathe down my neck. 

As stated before I am more than happy to talk in TS and resolve this issue as it seems it has gotten way out of control and now I acknowledge that. I am looking to change and I have already started making the key steps.

Please dont let 2 previous mistakes define what happens to me in this community as a lot of people in the community appreciate my roleplay aswell as me.

I’m not going to go back and forth with you Ricky. When you were in that pool, you had no intention of getting out, we both know that. You were barely willing to put your hands up. You would have rather died than be forced at gunpoint to jump out of it because you knew, no matter what, there was no way of getting you out if you were dead and you’d potentially keep your stuff. 

In terms of our roleplay, it’s hard for us to keep up a high standard of RP when you’re constantly doing the stupid /me’s and deliberately going into places like a pool to benefit you even if you died to keep your belongings. As soon as things like that happen after we’re trying to make a good scenario out of it, the mood just changes as you know the other recipient isn’t willing to give that quality roleplay back and breaking rules in front of you. 

I’m not going to argue with you as ooc we all obviously have nothing against you at all, and my main reason for reporting you obviously isn’t because that you didn’t hand over the guns (as you’ve offered to give them to us and we’ve declined), it’s for how you’ve treated a few situations with us now. I’m sure you’ve given other people great roleplay, I’m not going to doubt that you haven’t, but why not show that to us too? The last 2 interactions have been poor from you, surely even you’ll admit that? 

I believe one of our members did try reach out to you in the ooc chat but had no response, I don’t know if you have chat turned off or not so that could be why you didn’t see. We let the other days interaction go and didn’t report you as our aim isn’t to just get people banned, as we know people can make mistakes, but when this particular situation happens literally a day or two later, it’s hard to ignore on our behalf.

I’m not going to go back and forth with you Ricky.

My aim is not to go back and forth with you Daniel but I see it right that as you have posted your perception of the story I should be able to show whoever this report is directed to aswell as yourself that although : "The last 2 interactions have been poor from you, surely even you’ll admit that? " I will admit that those 2 interactions have been very poor. However, when you look at it as a bigger picture when you have  played for over 120 hours in a span of 2 weeks you are in a lot of Rp scnearios and it seems that only on 2 out of 100-1000's of scenarios have been with your gang and consuquently they have been the bad ones. I believe that with the fact that your gang will always be angry/mean towards me whenever I make the smallest of slip ups (Automatically being logged into an old tweedle account) I am always the bearer of the brunt taking the hardest of hits from you always resulting in a 30-60 minute interaction where I am held hostage and eventually killed no matter what I say or do. With this in mind, when you held me up at the pool I could not be bothered to put up with it anymore its like getting robbed as a taxi man 5-6 times in an hour it gets repetitive and boring and as explained earlier I believe you misunderstood what I said about it being difficult to get me out of the pool. I simply wanted it to be a challenge for anyone that wanted to rob me (i.e. the shooter on the roof and me being in the pool) By me being in the pool I knew that it was going to be difficult for you to get me out but not that I was never going to comply as when you told me to put my hands up, you admit that I infact did instead of pulling out my pistol that I was already holding to shoot you with. It's only when I realised it was your gang for maybe the 4-5th time that you guys have robbed / killed in a long Rp scenario that I was fed up with your constant killing and robbing for little to no reasoning. To put it simply, it was the end of the night and I just wanted to sell this pistol and go to sleep. I was more than prepared to comply but then when I found out that it was your gang for the 5th time I just could not bring myself to be humiliated and tortured all over again.

And with this in consideration, after some time thinking about all of this hassle I realise that just putting up with your attitudes was the right thing to do instead of producing a poor RP scenario and for that I apologise.

I respect the hours you have put in, and can see you're dedicated to the server. But if you're saying you dont like having rp scenarios that last more than 20 minutes then i dont know what to say. You also claim we come after you for no real reason, what about the times you have been in prison causing trouble with other gangs and saying you're in 229? The gangs know us and tell us these things, you're the one causing the problems for yourself. if you dont want to interact with us, dont give us a reason to come and speak to you, especially after we've already dealt with you. 

Going back to the pool, you say you "wanted it to be a challenge"... It was never going to be a challenge, it was literally impossible to get your body out of there if you died, and you knew that by saying what you did at the start of the clip. The only way you could have gotten out of that pool is by complying at gunpoint, which you didn't do and you combat logged. 

I wont be replying anymore, as its becoming a lot for the staff to read. The clip shows enough in my opinion.

Hi @Chickensam4Unfortunately combat logging comes with the action of a perm ban usually. However since you have been so honest I will allow you a lesser punishment. 

Regardless of you admitting to your mistakes etc you will be receiving a 1 week ban. Once this ban is over any further issues will be straight to a perm ban. I hope you never repeat actions like this again and see this as your last chance to set things right.
