Me and my friends were trying to pull a truck over and we went down the side of them (off road) and they blatantly turned into us.

Thank you for the report @JWood. You can see that the driver of the tempest did intentionally VDM you within the video. Looking over the video 'Rick' was killed by 'HighlandJinx' who would of been the driver of the truck at this time. For this I will be issuing a ban on HighlandJinx. In regards to the reported 'Rick' it would appear he was just a passanger so no action will be taken against him. 

Sorry you had to go through this whilst playing however I hope your future experiences are better!
