You are in the wrong here. You quite clearly broke rule 2.2. You did not engage in high-quality RP before killing this man. The fact that you shouted at him from your vehicle does not count as High-quality RP.
I would normally give you a Warning point for this. However, from your replies, you clearly do not know that you are in the wrong.
You will be receiving a ban for 2.2. During the time that you are banned from the server take some time to read the rules and read the following thread.
Watching this video will give you other ideas to do. Instead of just robbing people.
