Please (in detail) describe the incident: for some reason my audio does not pick up on medal (im trying to fix that). i am speeding into legion and hear a loud motor(real player on a bike) i stop at the light. a storm of trucks starts. i try to get out my car i am stuck. i take oif my seat belt get out...run from the explosion. i join another player and say bloody hell this is crazy are you ok. he says is it you that did that. i say no. he says hmmmm. i hear his friend saying get him get him so i run over and ask 'me?' he says no not you. the 1st guy pulls a knife and just stands around. i do the same...he says he thinks im the wizard and im like nah fam not me and he shoots me in the head. maybe not a rule break but terrible rp which has been my 4th terrible experience this week with a random gang member killing me for the most mild of reasons....just this morning while running taxi for hours (early hous so nobdy around) i drop off a customer in the hood. see my first real person in hours. hes running to cars selling drugs, i pull up next to him and say 'selling abit of drugs eh' he says 'yeah so what' i reply not me mate im legal, never catch me selling drugs im a good boy,,,,,he procedes to chase me halfway across the city and kill me and dump my body in the water...zero rp and then told me in discord im a gangmember what do you expect...umm rp...maybe

@Stuartthere was nothing prior, i was in the customs shop, i didnt have enough money i was speeding into legion to go bank, as i was coming over the bridge the 3 vehicles were going in the opposite way and i heard them brake hard (clip start) as i passed i looked back and they had turned around to follow me

Hello.

Refused to identify in the OOC chat, I play with my chat off for the majority of the time, and would not have recieved your notification unless you @ my id, just want to clear that up, as I would have been more than happy to come to liason, and still will if you want.

Moving on, we came to ask you a few questions before getting rudely interupted by what appears to be a hacker on the server, spawning in trucks, boats, weapons on the floor.

Now afterwards you came to me and you stated "do you still wanna know who it is", I replied stating "huh" and you said before all of this happened you wanted to know who it was and stated how "sus" the whole situation was.

You then walked over to my downed gang member and had a brief interaction talking about what had just happened and stating its "nothing to do with me" before he stated something about the "man behind you", which I when I walked over and attempted to make light of the situation at hand as having boats and trucks falling from the sky is a hard situation to roleplay, and tried to play it of that you were some sort of "magician" by this point you had pulled a knife out and was actively walking around with it in your hands? You then said "do you think so" with a knife in your hand and approached me.

As a character this felt threatening, firstly you pulling the knife in the first place is going to put anyone on edge, and then the response to the comment that I made. I noticed the knife when you said "do you think so" and moved away from you. Due to my character being a gang member, and part of an OCG, whilst my attire was not the most recognisable the member on the floors was, I was armed at the time. I then decided to shoot you because of the fact you had a knife in your hand walking around me and then started to walk towards me. 

I moved away, and as you continued walking towards me with the knife, my character felt his life was being threatened and took action to prevent injury to himself, I personally think that the situation was a little shit mainly due to the fact that there was clearly a hacker and the situation was interrupted.

more than happy, my upset for the situation is mostly just from a 'ok lets try this again' mind every time i see someone in a mask (75% of people) . without it sounding like I trying to put down the server or anyone in it in particular. my experience since being here for 9 days now is becoming slanted more to toward a negative one . and how frustrating interacting or trying to RP with a lot of people is. i am trying hard to interact realistically with people but most people are extremely kill happy and seem like they are rp'in as Ronnie Kray the unpredictable, sensitive, insecure 'gangster'. it doesn't feel fair that so many people are playing this character. ''my character doesn't like new people saying hello to them and murders them, calls then a cunt and dumps there body in the ocean'' or 'my character is super toxic and is looking the tiniest reason to kill someone'. Im here for the RP, it doesn't seem like i can win.

if anybody wants an insight in to what a brand new (to this server) players experiences are. Im more than happy to share them. everything seems great for the long time members. but maybe slightly not great for new people. maybe that can be looked at if new players staying is an issue, but i dont know the focuses. maybe you have more than enough players and new ones aren't exactly an issue.
