Ok I will weight in here as it has been brought to my attention. Apologies for the late reply.

@JohnJoeegan discussing an incident with [TCK] MightyBarnes and [UNMC] Tyson Smurf. As I enter Tyson had already explained the situation to John and John was in the process of telling him that what he has explained is RDM. Tyson at that time seemed very standoffish and did not seem to want to accept that as an adequate verdict. Some may say Tyson was acting a little bit childish. John explained that Tyson had been here for a long time and should know better than this sort of initiation and that is was not a good way to represent yourself on the server. Tyson then explained that multiple people inc. admins had said that that was a fine initiation. (Khandamir's name was the only one mentioned) At this point John was tired and stumbling over words so asked if I could take over.
I proceeded to talk to Tyson about the situation without the full understanding of the situation MightyBarnes spoke up to say that Tyson had a recording of the issue. (See The Above Video) So after watching this Myself John and Tampax agreed that there was no need to open fire on this vehicle with the amount of time that was given. Still at this point Tyson was very standoffish and sounded like he just did not respect the decision we had came up with.
It was at this point that John suggested a resolution that he thought would be getting off lightly for Tyson yet still a punishment to make him think about the rule break. The resolution would be a blacklist from whitelisted factions for 6 months (-NHS as it is roleplay related) To make him realise that this cannot happen. Tyson did not sound happy at this of course and again was very persistent that this was not the way it should be happening. It was around this time that Robbie joined and John had to go and sort something else as I was in control of the situation.
So I then talk it out again about what kind of resolution MightyBarnes is looking for from this issue. He said "Well this is the second time this has happened to me today and It is just pissing me off". He was referring to earlier in the day a different member of UNMC had done a very similar thing. So he wanted to make sure that this didn't happen again in the future. It was at this point that Tyson started to defend himself to say he was not online before hand and was not involved in that situation. He suggested he has been told by 2 Staff members and a Member Support Lead that it was clear RDM and started to hold his hands up to that.
After a little bit of back and forth over this topic It was becoming more clear that MightyBarnes was not going to be happy with A handshake or compensation. When I asked the definitive question what is the resolution you want I got the answer. Well if you are going to blatantly break a rule you should be punished accordingly. I said "So you want to take it to the forums for a ban" and he said "Well yes."
I then went on a little speech about I don't really like where this is headed, I understand that you are annoyed at the way UNMC has handled themselves today but taking it out on one person was unfair. Resolution is the best way to end a dispute. He wasn't having any of it. Also he was not being rude to me in any way what so ever. Only felt like he wanted it to end one way. I again suggested Johns offer of being blacklisted from the UNMC and Police for 6 months and I had the same response.. It was not good enough. It was here that as Member Support I had done all that I could and said that it would have to be resolved by the admins on the forum.
So to clarify from what I heard and witnessed last night. Both parties were at fault. Tyson for the initial RDM and the attitude he had on him in the Staff Help channels. And MightyBarnes for putting this down to a Gang problem rather than a single individual person at fault.
