Please (in detail) describe the incident: Ello,
Following a cheeky drug deal at Mount Haan Rd I and other officers made an attempt to pursue a vehicle that made off at speed. This pursuit which lasted for around 20 seconds then led to the vehicle being followed with blue lights and sirens. At no point has there been verbal RP or anything been given by either party at this point due to the chase being protracted.
This has then led to the subject of this report then deciding to shoot at me which has therefore ended the situation accordingly.
I did invite the subject to liaise about this which was carried out but the justification was that the subject believed that he wasn't on "whisper" and therefore I couldn't hear what he had to say. I did ask for a perspective but one could not be provided.
Upon this liason I then reviewed my footage which clearly outlines what has happened and even if the subject of the report did attempt to give verbalized RP I was probably in range for a very small amount of time which can be seen from 1min 32 seconds in the clip so even then the RP would have been extremely poor and as I stated in the liason room I expect better from someone who is whitelisted on the server. You stated "I had a lot on me" and I understand you want to get away etc but it ain't a reason to be blasting people with poor RP.
I have nothing further to add unless the staff would like me to answer any questions but I think it's pretty clear-cut what has happened here and I expect better to be honest.
