Please (in detail) describe the incident

i was driving around looking for people to rob, and i saw someone at the aluminium processor. i arrived and asked for a fuel can, and he gave me one. after this, i pulled out my vector and asked him to put his hands on his head. he said he didnt know how to, so i "passed him a note" in direct chat explaining how to. after he put his hands up, i gave him clear commands to give me the keys to his truck, and drop his backpack and clothes. after i told him these commands, i clearly stated that if he did anything else apart form what i said, i would shoot him. i proceeded to take cover behind my car whilst he just stood there with his hands up. i kept telling him to do it, and then he disappeared. i probably gave him too much of a chance, but i try to avoid shooting people when possible. i couldnt resolve the issue with the player before reporting, since he left the server.

I don't know if I'm allowed to reply but, as a witness, I was talking with him on Skype and he told me to come and save him from being robbed, I was about to save him but then he told me that his game crashed so... I don't think it's his mistake, he hasn't the best pc to play this game. Even if it's his fault,maybe we can deal only to escape from admin punishment.

his game didnt crash, because he stood still and didnt speak; also it said he disconnected like he pressed abort. i bumped into him in the gz and typed "it wasnt worth what you did mate" to which he replied (through voice, breaking rules again) "my internet crashed dude". i walked off after he said this. hes telling you one thing and me another. 

he clearly logged out on his own, and he broke the rules.

He stood and didn't spooked because he was talking to me, we were talking on Skype. And if you will see in chat that someone disconnected that doesn't means he aborted to menu, every time when I crash, in the chat appears that I disconnected, that's what more friends told me. And, no, his Internet didn't crashed because I was still speaking with him on Skype, maybe he was too confused about what happened and for the fact that he is new in this kind of servers and he didn't payed attention and writed "Internet" instead of "game".

youre really clutching at straws here mate. not it doesnt say that in chat, it will come up in red text with an error (such as battleeye client not responding.) and how will you know what it says in chat if you crash anyway? to your other argument about him getting confused; i highly doubt this is the case since he said to me, not type, that his internet crashed. dont you think, its a bit coincidental that his game/internet would crash at that exact moment anyway?
