Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was just sat on the building next too atomics, obviously we are fighting ballas at the moment so was just waiting for them too turn up but instead firearms turned up including a blackhawk they tried too arrest my mate and it turned into a shootout i still stayed on the building and i didn't pull my gun out at all and i just sat there watching thinking of what too do and the blackhawk shot me straight away no rp involved or anything.

I don't want to prolong this further than it needs to be, I've tried contacting said party, but we haven't been able to speak on time he is free. From the situation on hand and CI Alex Taylor was initially on NPAS 71, we called out everyone who was in the area and could see the hostility increasing along with the tension. We then were asked to deploy 99 along with the ops rifle in case it went south. Upon our arrival we scouted the area and asked fellow officers where they were getting shot from and who was shooting, along with the many vagos I shot from the sky there was a call out from ground units that the building right next to Atomic safe house had a shooter and was crouching and hiding. This along with all vagos shooting police backed up my decision to take the shot. In the video provided as well call outs of " If they tried to hands up smoke them, every one of them" although I don't know that in-game, the moment police attempted a stop and search it erupted in a firefight, we flew around initially to deter vagos from shooting. I initially spoke to Leo regarding this situation and explained my side of things, along with his members who had been very reasonable and in the QE call with KearnW understood what had to be done for Leo to get his gun back.(report/comp request) Ive tried to speak to leo several times but it just hasn't worked out and I will be busy for the next couple of days. That is my side of the situation.

I was the pilot for both NPAS-71 and NPAS-99 (the Blackhawk) with Price in this situation and would like to just provide some context as I don’t believe there was anything ‘random’ about this as the report suggests.

Multiple Vagos members including yourself were seen in colours stationed on rooftops as well as on foot and in vehicles around the immediate area, presumably expecting Ballas to try something. You had been spotted on a rooftop displaying Vagos colours by myself as the operator in NPAS-71 using the long range camera as well as by firearms and covert units on the ground. After we swapped to 99, police then attempted a stop on one of your gang members for an outstanding warrant whereby Vagos have opened fire on police and as a direct result of this persons actions, this has made everyone in your gang a credible threat as only the night before Vagos had a shootout with the police and won (I believe, I wasn't involved with the night prior).

I fully understand why you would be frustrated by how this situation has played out in your POV, as this happens to us on the daily too but it’s part and parcel of being a member of a large and easily identifiable OCG or group. Whilst it is regrettable you did not receive any roleplay directly from us beforehand, it was your gang members that forced you into this situation, not Price.

From your video though, you knew exactly what was happening and that we were over head and yet still chose to remain in position, clearly displaying your vagos mask and crouched next to a wall. Surely you can understand how you can be percived to be an active threat in this situation? A handgun or PDW could've easily be consealed by your body position. Especially when your gang members are shooting at police directly from the rooftop right next to you.

Finally, I’d like to add that making a report just so you are able to put in a comp claim when this was seemingly resolved in QE, it seems very much like the priority here is to recover items, rather than roleplay. If I remember correctly, we attempted to recover you to engage in some RP with you but you chose to bleed out on the way to Pillbox, as is your prerogative, so we were not able to provide you with any roleplay after the fact.

Good evening and yes I will like too take it too liaise when both me and rob are free also I was on top of a roof but it’s on vagos turf so it is normal too see me in colours on my own turf atlas, and the reason I bled out was because I got shot by a 50 cal and was left on the roof for 10 mins plus and also I was crouched behind the wall mainly waiting for ballas to push turf not for the police too turn up but I didn’t pull a gun out at any time in this situation I just stayed on the roof and was gonna drop down the building and get in my car parked at the bottom was just waiting for the situation too cool off as I thought it would be stupid too pull a gun out and start shooting because there was a Blackhawk above me so in my eyes I don’t see that I was a threat but that’s my own opinion thanks a lot for the reply though.
