As this is pretty clearcut, I'll deal with this now. It's very clear that the player who shot at you originally, Pierre Herwig definitely RDM'd you, then began to lag suddenly. This is inline with other such behaviours for which he is already temporarily banned, as a result of this report, the temp ban has been increased to a perm ban.

His friend who killed you Poto Herwig is also banned for a few other different rules, only shot at you after you began shooting at his friend. Though getting involved in a gunfight that was the result of his own sides RDM is not encouraged, for the offence listed above it will be noted on his profile for future reference.

As for yourself, I'm unsure as to whether you watched your own recording or not, per this quote below.

You already stated "He's shooting at me the fucking paki" over your chosen voice channel then proceed to shout ingame "You fucking pastic" To be honest I'm unsure as to whether that was you avoiding saying a naughty word as you've tried to allude in your report, or you were attempting to come up with some strange amalgamation of two words of equally unacceptable nature. As you've just come off a perm ban for racism, a day later get banned for breaking NLR then three days after getting unbanned for that to make a report with you using derogatory and discriminatory language in with such a blasé and facetious attitude give me all the conviction in the world to say that unfortunately I don't believe this community is for you and as such I'll be issuing a community ban.
