What best describes this incident: RDM
Please (in detail) describe the incident: I spawn into the city at bins and look around my surroundings to see if anything is happening in front of me. I then jumped down from the little building and I saw that someone in front of me was laying dead in front of the Job providing NPC at the bin area. Seeing this happen in front of me I didn't want to involve myself in this little altercation as I didn't want anything to happen to me. Even tho I just stood there the guy in the grey outfit coming out of the dark grey car decided to take out his machine pistol and shoot me down as his friend says "shoot em, shoot em"

I would have rather had a somewhat RP scenario played out instead of instantly shooting me down without me or him even saying a word to each other.

Hi I was the guy who shot you I can explain the whole situation I pulled up being told the new guy was being ran over and i have come down there and as you can see in your clip he said these boys in black you was standing over my guys body and not saying anything you was taken pill box I believe this was a very big misunderstanding and I do apologise if I caused you any trouble.

I understand that there has been a lack of communication among members. however, in my opinion, this does not excuse your actions. It reflects a clear "win mentality" from my perspective: shoot first, ask questions later, which is not the desired attitude within the server.

I hope you can understand my point of view.

i understand and respect ur point.
We had a shoot out with blacked out individials. Then we saw you there, also all blacked out, next to our gang member on the floor. So yes, i admit my first thought was to shoot.
We realized our mistake fast and brought u pillbox. However u didnt talk to us during that.
If you wanted clearance on the situation, you could have talked to us in the ooc or talked for QE, which u did not.

If i had been in ur shoes, and seen cars pull up and there is a injured person on the flor, i would have put my hands up and clearly said i just got here. And not stand next to the pillboxed person, not talk and look at us.

I am sorry this accured and i understand that u might see it as bad rp, but in my eyes i thought u were actively involved in the situation.

I was one of the said blacked out individuals, we didn't have a shootout at all should have a POV when back at me PC.

this seems rather clear cut.

@cj19n i would heavily advise you(and anyone else) to make sure who you're shooting is defiently involved in the situation, so this doesn't end up happening again

someone not speaking/not talking/looking at you is not justifiable reason enough to just shoot, nor is it being near a downed person.
